This week, the restaurant staff, especially David Kookie and Jessica Voh, waited on the 100+ customers each day they had breakfast here. Besides the fact they served so many people at once, my husband and I were amazed at the effectiveness they demonstrated. They prepared the breakfast area with polished silverware, fresh coffee, replenished serving bowls with fresh fruit, sustained clean tables while keeping attentiveness with coffee refills and table checking for each of them with positive and respectful attitudes. They deserve much credit along with the rest on on staff this past week keeping pace with such volume of customers while staying cheerful.

From the moment I arrived until I left, customer service was stellar. Upon check-in I was greeted warmly and quickly. I was early, so my assigned room was not ready. I was immediately placed into a comparable room. As a Diamond member I was given bottles of water, a warm cookie and some other snacks. It felt like I had been to the grocery store. Location is very convenient to downtown and public transportation. The few dollars it costs for a premium room is definitely worth it. A friend stayed here at the same time and didn't upgrade. Their room was clean but a lot more dated.

Always welcomed with a smile, great staff, helpful. Clean, quiet rooms. Great shuttle service, drivers are always nice and they’re careful with my bags, always on time, no crazy driving! Will definitely be back again!

For the child to book, according to the child, the hotel is relatively new, the location is good, the room is relatively large, the bed is more comfortable, the transportation is convenient, the hotel is better.

The location is excellent, it is very convenient in the city centre, shopping and eating around. Hotel facilities are new, very clean and upscale, the service is friendly, the phone is hot and so on.

Me and my husband checked in on Thursday the 31st for a little getaway for a few days. The room itself was very nice. The attendees not at all. After we were finally able to check in we had to wait almost 5 mins for the only working elevator to take us to our floor. Not because it's a large hotel as it's only 5 floors but because it was extremely slow. My husband woke around 3 am and looked out the window to see that our truck was no longer there. Mind you we were not only under a light but also a working camera. When we went down to talk to the desk it took her a while to come out of the office and she rudely confirmed that our vehicle had been broken in to hot wired and stolen. She was annoyed by the fact that we reported it as and I quote it happens here all the time they will just drop it somewhere once the fuel is gone. She was in the office on her phone and not watching said monitors. Why have them if they are not going to watch them?? After almost 2 hours the cops came and again the attendee couldn't even call us down to meet them, the sheriff had to call us. That was the last time we were spoken to by the staff. The housekeeping staff would park there carts next to our room but we were never offered any service even though our booking was for 3 nights. The management never contacted us in regards to the theft. No one did. I will never be back here. We do plan on contacting corporate as we feel as though the hotel itself should have some sort of responsibility and also because it seems as though this is a regular occurrence here at this hotel.

First off let me say the management at this hotel is the worse I have ever experienced , on my stay of September 19th I got ready and went out to eat as coming back into my room I saw a bed bug and called down to the front desk to express my concern to management and show her the picture of the bed bug and they switched me rooms, as I was looking around in the new room I saw that the fire alarm was tapped off allowing no air to enter it to sense smoke , I brought these concerns to the front desk lady the next morning and she told me management would be getting in contact with me waited all day and heard nothing I called them and got laughed at and made it seem like it wasn’t a concern to them and they said they inspected both rooms and found no bed bugs or alarm taped up , as far as the bed bugs go they don’t just disappear by them selfs , as for the hotel I was never comped my room or a sorry from anymore on the property just be careful saying here

Surprisingly nice hotel. My room was clean and well maintained. I was especially impressed by the comfort of the mattress and the softness of the sheets. Water pressure in the shower was not good, so I’m going to knock of a star for that. Also, the “down” button outside the elevators on the third floor was missing, so if you wanted to head down to the lobby, you had to hit the “up” button to summon the elevator. I could see this being a problem when the hotel is busy and many people are trying to use the elevators. Breakfast was ok. Not amazing, but adequate and definitely better than other “free” breakfasts I’ve had at hotels. There’s not much to do in the immediate vicinity of the hotel, so I think that’s why it’s cheaper than many of the hotels in the area. However, it’s convenient to the Mile High stadium which I was the location of the event I was in Denver for.

My wife and I got married last year at Woolley's. So, for our first anniversary we returned to Woolley's for a night's stay. We enjoyed dinner in the restaurant Saturday evening and then had the buffet breakfast Sunday morning. The atrium in Woolley's provides a peaceful place to relax.
