I went to the Novotel hotel in Moganshan and Xinshi Guzhen during the Golden Week of November. It was a great experience. The hotel is on Moganshan Mountain, about a 10-minute walk from Mao Zedong's hotel, and next to the Queen's Hotel. Because I wanted to watch the sunrise, the hotel upgraded our door to a sunny position. I can watch the sunrise at 6:50 in winter. I had two dinners at the hotel restaurant with no success. Compared with the restaurants on the mountain, it was still okay. The hotel staff were very enthusiastic and took the initiative to inform us of the tour route and lead us from the entrance on the second floor to the check-in platform. the villa is located in a huge resort surounded by mountains and forest. the villa itself cozy and the view is wild ,seperated from other bungalows so it is great to cut yourself from the people. Inside the villa, the standard is Ok even if the toilet room smelt and there was a leakage on one of the window. The bed is comfy but the pillows not really. However when it comes to services, there is plenty of room for improvements (especially for this price). even if we got a personal assistant. no possibility to book the restaurant or breakfast in advance. So often there is a long queue.
