Very satisfied with my stay. Will stay here again when I go to Deyang. Excellent services and facilities, with very professional and friendly staff. Excellent location to allow one to joggle along a river or to walk around the city center. Easy taxi/Didi access. Room services are better than expected, with surprising daily freebies such as fresh fruit, cookies, and freshly squeezed fruit juices. Help desk is very prompt in providing what I requested. Buffet breakfast offers top-notch variety of ready-made Chinese and Western style choices or customer-ordered hot noodles. Just a minor suggestion: this is more a customers' behavior problem (can't believe those guests at a 5-star hotel). Currently, when there is a crowd at the front desk to check out, it is the braver with longer hands that get faster services. I suggest either post a clear sign to ask people to keep in line or have a manager to maintain some kind of an order (no need to be military type:-). This is just to be fair to those who are waiting patiently. And better order may also help promote a better hotel reputation. But I understand bad habits die hard, no matter what you do.

This stay was absolutely perfect! Front desk staff member Yuan Bao was incredibly attentive; she proactively helped with my luggage upon arrival, quickly completed check-in, and even provided detailed directions to the surrounding area. The room was sparkling clean, the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, and the bathroom's separate shower and toilet was very refreshing. Upon check-out, she even inquired about my stay. The hotel is considered one of the better hotels in Deyang. It is located on the riverside of the hotel, which is more convenient. The reservation was not for a new building. When I first entered the hotel, I thought I had made a mistake. I should live in the oldest building of the hotel.
