I had just fallen asleep when I heard a loud noise coming from downstairs, like they were pulling steel bars. I initially thought it was construction work, but it turned out to be the housekeeping staff pulling chairs. It was clearly a design flaw in the hotel, yet their attitude was extremely poor; they said it was 9 am and it was their turn to clean and make noise. I had planned to have lunch there, but I could only say I would never come back. This is the first time I've given a bad review in all my years of using Ctrip, and I sincerely do not recommend staying there. I've eaten at the hotel a few times, and the food was terrible. 👎"

"I was walking around with my baby on the weekend and accidentally saw the Castle Hotel. My baby was so noisy that I wanted to stay there, so I placed a temporary order with Ctrip. The hotel is good. Except for the small window that cannot be opened, other facilities are good. There is a lot of hot water and the mattress is OK. Hygiene is okay. In terms of service: Since there are relatively few service staff in the hotel, the young man at the front desk who received us and the salesperson on duty that day both added a lot to the hotel. The overall feeling is good."
