This is a hotel built fifteen years ago. It has not been renovated in the past fifteen years. The entire hotel is quite large and it should often receive groups for recuperation. The room is spacious, but the lighting is a bit dim. It feels like the lamps are a bit outdated. The shower room is a bit small and only has a ceiling shower. Bathing is a bit inconvenient, especially for children. The shower room also leaks water, and after taking a shower, the entire bathroom is covered with water. There is no air conditioning in the hotel room, but the ventilation in the room is not particularly good. At night, even if it cools down outside, there is no ventilation with the windows open, and it happens to be extremely hot these days. The room will be a little stuffy. The staff are very enthusiastic and patient. But the hotel is located in a very good environment and is worthy of being a health resort. One kilometer away is the Bailu Island Observation Deck. If you come from the direction of Mordaoga, the accommodation is also very convenient. It takes about an hour to drive to Qigan, but the hotel needs to issue a visitor card in advance before Qigan can be released.

Discourage! Lightning protection! Don't come here! 0. Extremely far! The road is difficult to walk, driving makes you doubt your life! 1. A 1990s-style state-owned hotel with poor service attitude. The staff have no service spirit. We have one child and one elderly person. We asked the front desk to help us unload our luggage. The reply was: We don’t have such service! It's really tough. We came all the way from Hailar and have stayed in many small B&Bs and small hotels. This is the first time we have encountered a hotel that looks like an uncle. 2. The hardware facilities are poor, the mattresses and wallpapers are peeling off, there is no air conditioning, and it is extremely hot! Hot water is available for a limited time; 3. The breakfast buns are not enough. If you want meat buns, tell me: we have a mixture of meat and vegetarian, and they are pork. Don’t even think about mutton stuffing. Moreover, the steamed buns are all cold, and it feels like the leftovers from the one served are passed on to the next. Summary: Don’t come!

It was indeed very late, but was there no staff on duty in the hotel? Maybe we were sleeping very late. Should we leave a light in the lobby so that guests behind us could find it? I even called out several times, but there was still no one; (see picture 2, the small light in the middle was turned on after contacting me) 3. After contacting the hotel owner through Ctrip, we were able to find the staff. Dragging a 32-inch suitcase, forget it if no one can help you. They also said that there is a barrier-free passage next to it. Sister, don’t you know there is construction? (See Figure 3) 4. Let’s talk about the room. There is no paper. The front desk said that if there is anything, please contact the front desk through the landline. Oh my God! I was speechless when I got to the room! Is your landline just a decoration? (See Figure 4) 5. Hot water: We did arrive very late, but there was no hot water when we washed up at around 10 o'clock in the morning! The cold water was frosted, how to wash up? As a result, I couldn't take a shower, and I had to cover my face with a face towel to warm it. Rub... (See Figure 5) The most important thing is that we brought the elderly and children here to relax, which is good, as if we have escaped from the tribulation... I strongly do not recommend it. The room service was unprofessional. I knocked on my friend's room door at around 7 o'clock in the morning. He didn't respond while he was sleeping, so he just swiped his card to get in. Thanks to his friend's lock, he didn't break in directly. The service in the restaurant is good. The chef starts the meal in advance. The waitress is warm and thoughtful. She reminds me which dish is slower and enough to eat. She makes tea and gives free drinks to the children. The ground three fresh meats and tomato beef were good, while the pot-roasted pork was average. The service was given 2 stars, both for the restaurant. The front desk and guest rooms are speechless. It is a shortcut from Shiwei to Bailu Island to Mangui and then to Mohe, saving 400 kilometers. The hotel is located deep in the quiet Daxingan Mountains, with pleasant scenery. But you should also prepare yourself for the experience of staying in a local government guest house. The service quality is far from four-star. Please lower your expectations.

The Chinese restaurant basically serves all day, which is very nice. Although the facilities in the room are a bit outdated, they are very clean and tidy. This is a magical hotel. After running in the mountains for so long, I didn’t meet anyone. I was a little worried about what good hotels there could be here. 作為白鹿島唯一且難得的星級酒店，硬件是沒話説的，畢竟是省級的療養院和培訓中心，投資是硬實力。周邊環境是絕對的頂級，無論是激流河畔的白樺林還是蒼狼山漂亮的棧道都令人心曠神怡。遺憾的是服務意識達不到星級標準，餐飲小貴也就不用説了，結賬時説蘑菇肉片菜單上沒的就88了，還説國營的就這樣，吃個早餐被吆來喝去的，人再多不也就是一人一份稀飯饅頭而已，有什麼好大呼小叫的？説到底東北還是缺乏以人為本的服務理念，這麼好的環境真是可惜了。

真是很意外在這麼遠的地方能找到這麼好的酒店，很大規模的一個酒店，是攝影協會基地，文聯基地，有很大的房間，前台還特意給我們升級到了山景房，窗外就是連綿的山脈和大草原，美極了，酒店條件也非常好，寬敞舒適，老錢風。走的時候衣服忘在房間裏，前台小姐姐還幫我們特意找順路的同事下山時給我們快遞到家。真是很暖心，強烈推薦！ 設施：非常好 衞生：一流 環境：超好 服務：特別好
