i enjoyed my stay here immensely, the staff were helpful, they gave me a late check in due to travel arrangements & also provided iron & ironing board when I requested it. I would have liked to see milk for the coffee available in my room, & at times the property behind was a little loud. but still an excellent stay

Trotz Messe, 180,00 € - Wucherpreis für diese Zimmer! Umgebautes Wohnhaus Hellhörig Fenster schlecht isoliert Zimmer eisig kalt (abends und nachts fährt die Heizung auf 0!) Bettdecke viel zu dünn und kine extra Decken im Zimmer Fotos entsprechen NICHT den Zimmern! Fotos von L Zimmern werden bei M angezeigt! Auf allen Portalen. Zimmer M genauso winzig (Koffer offen liegen lassen war nicht möglich!) wie S, unterscheidet sich nur in der Größe des Bettes. Deko auf Fotos in Realität nicht vorhanden Nicht saubere (Bad: Urinspuren am WC, Schimmel in der Dusche), Kaugummi an Küchentür, Flecken auf dem Tisch und der Badezimmertür. Trotz vereinbartem frühen Check-In war das Zimmer nicht fertig Kein Duschgel und Shampoo Keine Ablagefläche im Bad Kein Geschirrtuch z.T. unverpackte, alte Teebeutel Steckdosen hinterm Bett, nicht benutzbar. Verlängerungskabel war nicht vorhanden Obwohl es auf Portalen noch freie Zimmer gab, wurde mir bei der Frage nach einem Wechsel mitgeteilt, das Hotel sei komplett belegt... Lage - zwar günstig zum Bahnhof gelegen, aber durch die Trinkhalle im Nachbarhaus auch einige merkwürdige "Gestalten" in der Strasse.... Ich war zwar beruflich, aber nicht wegen einer Messe in Essen, aber trotz Messe - der Preis für diese Zimmer und diese Leistungen war ein absoluter Wucherpreis. Ein Kollege hat hier für 40,00€ genächtigt, und mehr ist diese Hotel / Zimmer auch nicht wert! Positiv: schnelles Internet Nespressomaschine bemühtes Personal Für einen weiteren Aufenthalt wird emir ein Upgrade angeboten, aber ich werde nicht in diese Hotel zurückkehren
