Family Hotels in Bang Lamung

I stayed in a 20th-floor sea-view room. It was clean, facing the ocean with an unbeatable view. The beach road is right downstairs, and getting around by songthaew (shared taxi) was very convenient. There's a 7-Eleven and a pharmacy nearby, which was very handy. The breakfast was abundant and excellent. The hotel also provided free bottled water. It's just a few minutes' walk to Terminal 21, where the 4th and 5th floors have a food court offering a wide variety of delicious options – mango sticky rice, noodles, curries, fruits, milk tea, seafood, Japanese, and Korean cuisine, you name it. There are many bars along the beach road, with foreign singers performing. The old road, which runs parallel to the beach road, has many massage parlors and open-air food stalls, and Chinatown is also located there. My personal advice is to eat at Terminal 21. It's clean, hygienic, and offers options for every budget. I felt that the open-air food stalls around Chinatown weren't very clean and had a foul smell. The bar street wasn't clean either. At night, with so many people eating, drinking, and having fun, the air was filled with the smell of BBQ. But when I walked past there during the day on my way to the pier, I noticed a bad smell – not hygienic. Hotels on the back streets are probably much cheaper, but they didn't look clean. Luckily, I chose Holiday Inn. It was clean, comfortable, conveniently located for getting around, and had a great environment. The overall experience was excellent. I don't recommend visiting the Pattaya Floating Market; it's a tourist trap. It's full of mass-produced goods, a waste of time. Bangkok also has floating markets. Plus, most floating markets smell bad. Instead, I suggest going to ICONSIAM in Bangkok; they have a floating market experience on the basement floor which is clean and hygienic. We didn't experience any stomach issues during our entire trip. I've read online about people getting sick from food, which might be due to choosing cheaper hotels. When on vacation, safety, comfort, and cleanliness should always be a priority.

The location is great, just a 10-minute walk from Terminal 21, and there's a 7-Eleven right outside to the left, which is very convenient. The bathroom floor gets quite slippery after a shower. The room isn't very soundproof, but that might have just been due to the noisy neighbors next door who were chatting and laughing loudly until late at night. Luckily, that only happened one night. Overall, I was satisfied!

The room was great! The hotel also offered motorbikes for rent, and there was even night squid fishing available at a very reasonable price. Plus, they provided free shuttle service to the pier, which was a huge bonus. The balcony was fantastic too!

I had to stay in Pattaya for over half a month for work, and after comparing several hotels in the area, I settled on this one. For a long-term stay, I prioritize consistent cleanliness and reliable service. The daily housekeeping in the rooms is very consistent, linen changes are on time, and all appliances are well-maintained. The facilities are comprehensive, and the large parking lot at the entrance solves any daily parking issues. The staff are all long-term employees, and once you get to know them, communication and getting things done are very smooth. It makes daily living hassle-free and is also very suitable for long-term rentals.

Very nice villa. Kate is really friendly and kind☺️. She told us all about the house and neighbourhood, also let us to take a really nice fork with hello kitty. 🐱 All you need is at the villa: Smart tv, jbl sound, microwave, kettle, bottles of water. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Everyone find a towel to himself. Our rest was really amazing, I am recommending this place and Kate!
