Hot Springs Hotels in Taiwan, China

We, two adults and one child (6 years old), stayed in a city view double room on the 15th floor. Here are our thoughts: 1) The room was a bit small... there wasn't much floor space. After putting down two suitcases, there was hardly any room to walk around. 2) The bathroom door, when opening and closing, and the glass shower door made quite a loud scraping noise. If you needed to use the restroom at night, it would definitely wake up others in the room. 3) The area under the bed wasn't thoroughly cleaned; there was a visible layer of dust. 4) The in-room hot spring tub had a slight hint of moss (not very obvious). The hot spring facilities on the 3rd floor, however, were excellent and great for kids. There's also a swimming pool. We happened to visit during the rainy season, so we were very glad to have indoor hot springs where our child could play. The location is fantastic. We didn't purchase breakfast vouchers, and there are many eateries nearby. There's a Starbucks next door, and the bread from the bakery downstairs at the Garmalan Hotel is delicious. Overall, it offers good value for money. Housekeeping changed towels and replenished drinks and cookies daily. Aside from being slightly a bit dated, everything else was generally okay.

A famous hot spring hotel in Zhiben Hot Spring District, it has a beautiful environment and is large, with many hot spring pools for you to soak in. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast buffet was quite rich. It is also convenient to buy drinks and snacks near 7-11.

The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. The hotel offers convenient on-site parking. The room was clean, and the meals were delicious. Plus, they provide a complimentary shuttle service to Shuishe Visitor Center, so you don't even need to drive.

Lots of restaurants and. Street food nearby hotel. Room is big and spacious, comes with big tub for hot spring. 前台人员都很有礼貌和热情. Very enjoyable stay.

I recently stayed at the Beitou Hot Spring Resort in Taipei and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The facilities are outstanding, especially the sauna and hot spring baths, which provided a perfect way to relax and unwind. The sauna was well-maintained and offered a soothing atmosphere, while the hot spring baths were a true highlight, with clean, rejuvenating water that felt amazing. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing a serene retreat after a day of exploring. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met. Overall, my stay at Beitou Hot Spring Resort exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this resort for anyone looking to enjoy luxurious amenities and a relaxing atmosphere in Taipei!

Great location in the Itachao area and near to the pier so can easily move around. Also next to the ”old street” where many local market flavor can be experienced. Fantastic room and facilities. The room hot pool and the public pools were both great! Breakfast was good quality even though very packed with people. Service was v good.

Room: Spacious, but outside noise echoes a lot Amenities: Water (bottled), snacks, towels, slippers, shampoo (mounted on wall), body soap (mounted on wall) Water pressure: Good (slightly weak) Shared facilities: Hot spring, pool, and sauna are outdoors on the first floor → swimsuits must be worn (rentals available), there is a Starbucks Breakfast: Variety was varied, and they even had ice cream Services: Shuttle to and from Zhiben Station (only one way, round trip) The taxi fare from the station to the hotel is about 150 NTD (about 10 minutes)

The hotel is slightly away from yilan, but the charming and quiet neighbourhood more than makes up for that. They are many beautiful parks and activities located around (dolphin watching, farms, hot springs). The hotel also provides night snacks for guests to enjoy and mingle. We also spied at the information counter vouchers to the nearby milksha!! Additionally, the hotel is v family friendly, as there is a games room (arcade games like basketball and air hockey, ps4 and switch!) and a library for guests to enjoy. There are also DIY acitvities for guests to sign up for. Lastly, there is a hot bath in every room for all guests to enjoy. Slippers are also provided. Very happy with our stay here!!

really awesome stay - everything was impeccable from check-in to check-out. the staff were so attentive, service with a smile all the time! the room itself was huge!!!! super clean and very comfortable. the shower area included the onsen as well. location wise, it’s really close to Jiaoxi Station. there’s many car rental shops around, so renting a car to drive around the area is really easy too. overall a wonderful stay at Yamagata Kaku Hotel!
