Perfect in everyday. Book this last minute. Perfect location 2 minutes walk to Soi Buakhow. The staff very helpful and friendly. I asked for extra pillows and they came within 10 minutes of asking . Very comfortable bed and brilliant housekeeping. If I had one little crumble I was with my girlfriend and we often do different things in the day . We asked for 2 room keys but they only had 1 ( old key on a fob) system. So we had to leave and pick up the key from reception everytime which wasn't to much of a bind. We were that impressed we tried to extend our stay by a day but unfortunately it was full. For a cheap clean no frills hotel you can't go far wrong with Nalanta hotel

We lived in this hotel in the first half of November 2023. The staff is friendly, trying to help with everything, but almost no one understands English, not to mention Russian. They call for help from a guy from a restaurant on the 1st floor, he speaks at least some English)) But we managed without this, literally with gestures) Sometimes they use a translator on the phone. Upon arrival, they take a deposit of 1000 baht and issue a receipt, according to which the baht will be returned upon departure if everything is OK. The room was spacious and clean, everything you needed was there. The safe, as the guy from the restaurant explained to us, can only be locked with a key, the code does not work, we did not leave the keys at the reception, only if we wanted the room to be cleaned. If you do not leave the keys, then they will not enter your room, they will only leave bottles of water and toilet paper under the door)) The hotel is located directly opposite the Festival shopping center, and until about 23.00 there was a street cafe and the music was blaring, it didn’t bother us, because . we wandered around until late at night) The location of the hotel is generally excellent, you can walk almost anywhere, we often returned in the evening on tuk-tuks, our legs couldn’t walk)) There are a lot of cafes and shops within walking distance, we especially liked the Villa hypermarket, like our Auchan , there is everything! They accept the Kazakh Kaspi Visa card, although every 7/11 store there accepts it, but from a certain purchase amount. By the way, in the Festival shopping center there is also a good supermarket on the -1st floor, where there is a large “food court”, cards are accepted everywhere. In the restaurant of the hotel itself on the 1st floor the food is delicious, but there is not a lot of alcohol... Beer and whiskey, although there is nothing on the bar list, maybe it was just the beginning of the season)) In general, we were very pleased that we accidentally chose this hotel))

Если приходить в отель только ночевать, то норм. Для любителей сервиса и комфорта - такое не подходит Начнем сначала При заселении - ресепшен не говорит ни по русски, ни по английски. Мы приехали в 14:03, так что заселили сразу Но никто тебе не рад, просто приняли ваучер, дали ключ от номера и идите. Куда идти - непонятно, никто не провожает и не уносит вещи. Корпусов здесь много. Пришлось узнавать куда идти у проходящих мимо туристов, которые тоже не в курсе, благо помогли с направлением какие то мимо идущие ребята с персонала. Номер был в основном корпусе, очень большой, с большой кроватью, балкон хороший огромный, с сушилкой для белья и 2мя лежаками. Но в комнате темно и тускло, прикроватные лампы не работали, из света на потолке - 2 еле работающие лампочки из 4 существующих. Кондиционер очень шумный и морозный. Даже на минимальной мощности замерзаешь чз 15 минут, приходится отключать чтоб не обморозиться и чтоб уснуть. С включенным спать - только сильно пьяным, он очень громкий. Мебель вся старая, постельное грязное. Про уборку молчу😂 просто мусор выносят и кровать заправляют. И у меня пропал пинцет, который вот до завтрака был на кровати, а после уборки, прийдя после завтрака - таинственно исчез. Проблемы с сантехникой, ну что, сложно решить? Моясь в душевой, вода не уходит и заливается все пространство в ванной. В раковине тоже самое, вода не уходит, все стоит. Отдельный респект отельному гиду Анвару. Который при встрече, впаривает экскурсии в 2р дороже, обещает решить вопросы с номером и сантехникой, ничего не решается и вообще не происходит, а потом он еще и пишет в ватсап: ну что, куда пожелали поехать, как вам отдыхается? Ну серьезно? Это прикол какой то? Про завтраки. Такого конечно я не видела нигде, это очень скудное питание. Завтраки с 8:00 до 10:00 и приходя в 9:00 - милк финиш! Ну как блин молоко закончилось? Как пить кофе без молока? Был какой то рис, макароны, жаренные яйца, их мелкие сосиски, огурцы, помидоры, хлеб, варенье, сливочное масло - все. Это весь завтрак. И так каждый день. Мне это все не очень важно, я с утра не ем, но то что молока нет - это прям печаль. В общем Тайланд суперский, бывали здесь больше 10 раз, отдыхайте наслаждайтесь, кайфуйте, но по поводу отеля подумайте получше и гиду не верьте.

Great room, great location but the staff that worked the early afternoon late evening shift. They were rude, mean and disrespectful. The 2 women that worked at the front desk on 12/9 around 6pm were the most cruel and horrible people i ever dealt with at a hotel before. They were insulting me in thai and english being very mean to me and at one point tried to ignore me because i was asking them questions about what is around the area as i had no idea where anything was as i live in the US. They were very mean and racists, they do not like black people at all. Everybody else at the hotel was very nice and respectful during my stay except those 2 asian women. I travel all over the world sometimes staying at different hotels in other countries and these 2 women were the worst i ever dealt with at a hotel anywhere. I dont advise any minority to stay here as you will be disrespected by these 2 women who work there as they probably make minimum wage. I felt sorry for them. I make over $100,000 a year at my job and i travel all over the world so i felt so bad for them. Hopefully someone there can either put them in line or just fire them asap. Stay blessed.

Cheap price, good location, a little walk to the sea. The accommodation offers a 24-hour shuttle service. The room is well soundproofed, the air conditioner is cool, there is breakfast, but it's chicken porridge that comes to the room. If it's a buffet style at the restaurant, it will be very good. Another thing that I like is having a pool villa too.
