Romantic Hotels in Foshan

Though this property is old, they have made an effort to upgrade the rooms and provide a comfortable and welcoming experience. I had some issues a few years back with this property and had to check out ahead of time but there is a distinct improvement in staff training, room presentation and cleanliness and the buffet is now impressive. They do cater for a lot of HK tour groups and conference groups which means it is very busy at meal times, but the food offered at the restaurant now is quite good and there’s a large variety to choose from. Check in and service from the Front desk staff has improved and everyone was super helpful and welcoming this time. Earlier visits a year after covid wasn’t so easy and it was obvious that staff were not used to dealing with foreigners- but this seems to have been addressed and staff were professional, efficient and very helpful when needed. we were greeted by friendly receptionists and hotel staff every time we stepped into the hotel. the receptionist who served us during check in was patient in explaining everything we had to know, and even gave us a free upgrade to a bigger room! service was great and hotel was relatively near to the metro station, and attractions such as zumiao and lingnan tiandi. although we needed to navigate through a complex underground path to get there. everything else was good!

Recently changed brands name from Marco Polo to Cordis. The change seems to have meant there’s been some focus on improving staff training and they were very professional, attentive and helpful. Well located close to Xintiande and a short walk to local shopping malls and food halls. Rooms are modern and suites spacious- std rooms are a little larger and more modern than the CPlaza down the road and better value for money. Some renovations underway on some floors and throughout the hotel, but didn’t notice them from the room at all during the stay. Really practical desk layout is well suited for business travelers who have to work from the hotel, although wifi was rubbish, almost non-existent. When it did work it was really slow and painful so I couldn’t work from the room which was disappointing.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated, providing a comfortable space to relax. The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and public transportation. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

A four star rating property with five star services and location very convenient which is only a few minutes from well know furniture mall ie lourve mall and very good location for food

Nice location, close to Metro. Rooms were vwry spacious. Big pool and nice gym. Staff were really helpful. Hotel massagw was alao very good

Best Hotel in Nanhai District. Perfect location. Rooms are very spacious and breakfast spread is too good. Special mention for Victoria, Guest Relations Manager who really took pains to make our stay memorable
