"Booked this stay through Trip.com for my recent trip, and the overall experience far exceeded my expectations – definitely a full five-star rating! Upon arrival, the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and polite, and the check-in process was quick and efficient. They patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions regarding travel routes, luggage storage, and more, with such a warm and considerate attitude. Stepping into the room, my first impression was how exceptionally clean everything was. There wasn't a speck of dust in any corner of the room, on the nightstands, or the windowsills. The bathroom had a good wet/dry separation, and the mirror, showerhead, and toilet were spotless, free of water stains or odors. The bedding was neatly arranged, fluffy, and felt dry and comfortable to the touch. The room itself was spacious, well-lit, and well-ventilated. All amenities like the air conditioning, bathroom facilities, and Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The soundproofing was also excellent, ensuring a quiet and peaceful night's sleep. The hotel's location is superb; it's convenient for shopping, dining, and accessing public transportation, with plenty of amenities nearby. It’s perfect for both short trips and temporary stays, offering outstanding value for money. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again if I return to the area, and I highly recommend it to other travelers!"

"Came to Foshan for furniture shopping and decided to try out this hotel. It's fantastic to have the Louvre (shopping mall) right downstairs, along with 'Zhuroupo' (a well-known restaurant). The hotel itself offers a variety of design styles, including French, modern, and Chinese. It's great that I can experience different themed restaurants every time I visit. I especially want to highlight their spa. The ambiance is wonderful, and the therapists are skilled and engaging conversationalists. A special shout-out to Jennie and FiFi – my shoulder was bothering me, and after their massage, it felt so much better!"
