The soundproofing in the room is excellent; I could work late into the night without any disturbances. The desk is spacious, and there are plenty of charging ports by the bed and on the desk. The internet is stable and fast. The bedding is clean and comfortable; a good night's sleep truly recharges you. Breakfast is served promptly at 7 AM, with a rich variety of options, and you can even take it to go. The front desk was efficient and thoughtful, helping me print documents and store luggage. The cleanliness is top-notch, every corner is tidy and odor-free. The value for money is outstanding; this will be my go-to hotel for future business trips!

The freshly made wontons at breakfast were delicious and savory; when I told the auntie I loved them, she even served me an extra bowl. After checking out, I realized I'd left my headphones. Although it faced a main road, the soundproofing was effective once the windows were closed. The elevator didn't require a card for either going up or down; I think it should require a card for upward travel to better ensure the safety of the apartment residents.

Rooms: The room was spacious and bright, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering a panoramic view of the city nightscape. The bedding was cloud-soft, and the smart toilet and rainforest shower in the bathroom provided ultimate comfort.
Service: The front desk staff were friendly and efficient with the check-in process. Room service was prompt, and the turndown service was thoughtful and attentive, even including a lovely dessert.
Dining: Breakfast was abundant, with both Chinese and Western options available. The freshly made noodle station was particularly delicious. The evening cocktails at the executive lounge were of outstanding quality.

It felt like an amusement park, and the kids were absolutely thrilled, which also gave the adults a much-needed break. This stay far exceeded my expectations, and the main credit absolutely goes to the two front desk staff members, Derrick and Kevin! From the moment I checked in, both of them displayed extreme professionalism and warmth. They patiently and meticulously answered all my questions, from room type preferences and parking directions to recommendations for local attractions. Their explanations were clear, well-organized, and incredibly thoughtful, without a hint of perfunctoriness.
During my stay, whenever I had a small question and contacted the front desk, Derrick was quick to respond and even proactively followed up on the resolution progress, which put me completely at ease. Kevin, on the other hand, always paid attention to details, actively helped with my luggage, and reminded me about weather changes. These small touches truly showed his attentiveness. Their service was not only professional and efficient but also delivered with genuine warmth, adding a sense of belonging to what could have been an unfamiliar journey.
The hotel's hardware facilities and environment were already good, but with excellent service staff like Derrick and Kevin, the overall experience was elevated significantly! I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time and look forward to experiencing their exceptional service once more.

DD18465****We were very happy with the room. There are also plenty of dining options nearby if you don't want to eat in the scenic area or hotel. You can go across to the village from the hotel; there are convenience stores and restaurants within 100 meters. The toiletries in the room are a thoughtful touch, including toothbrushes and slippers for children. There's even an umbrella provided in the room, and a lovely garden-style balcony. The hotel service is superb! You can order takeout, and it gets delivered to the hotel's guardhouse. Just inform the front desk, and a staff member will kindly pick it up and deliver it to your room, so you don't have to get it yourself.
