GGuest UserI usually don’t write reviews since it is the hotel/accomodation business and an appropriate service is always expected but this property is severely underated amongs travelers.
First and foremost I would like to emphasize the one of a kind manager of the Millman apartments Abby!!!!!She is one of those people that you wished you have met in your life before…always available to solve any issues, help with unusual problems ( which there are at least 5 a day for a foreigner with 0 chinese language knowledge, no local phone number and all kinds of “stupid”questions).
She is what makes this apartment experience better then staying at the Carlton Hotel in Cannes or the Ritz at Central Park NYC.
She deserves 6 out of 5 stars for everything.
The apartment has everything you need except I don’t quite understand the concept in the majority of aoartments in China having a fully equipped kitchen without a single plate or knife….But like I said….Abby took care of that as well….
The location is genious and strategically very well positioned since the Subway station that is literally at the front door into the building has Foshan Line 2 and Guanfo Line. Gets you anywhere….Lecong furniture district is a 20 min ride with the bike….If going to Lecong DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT rent the electric moped….for the ones like myself who don’t inform themselves in advance….. in the middle of the river is the zone border ehere the moped curs off energy and you have to drag it back to tje operating area by foot uphill over the bridge 😀.
Everything else was according to standards in this price range.
Talking about a good deal for accommodation in this part of Foshan…this one is a no brainer.
The mall located in the building caters anything you need.
Once again thank you Sbby and the whole team for making my stay an unforgettable experience….
I hope I will be able to come back soon as promised.

The service was exceptionally polite and enthusiastic from the moment I stepped in until I reached my room.
It's conveniently located near Fisherman's Wharf and shopping areas.
The soundproofing in the room is excellent; I barely heard any noise.
My only minor suggestion would be regarding the room's sound system. It's limited to TV casting for music, and the speaker on the voice control panel is tiny, so it doesn't offer a full-room audio experience. However, overall, my stay was very pleasant!

The internet is stable and fast. The bedding is clean and comfortable; a good night's sleep truly recharges you. Breakfast is served promptly at 7 AM, with a rich variety of options, and you can even take it to go. The front desk was efficient and thoughtful, helping me print documents and store luggage. The cleanliness is top-notch, every corner is tidy and odor-free. The value for money is outstanding; this will be my go-to hotel for future business trips!

The wooden furniture had a natural fragrance, the green plants on the bay window swayed gently with the breeze, and the floor-to-ceiling window offered a stunning night view. When the lights were on at night, the ambiance was just perfect. The room's cleanliness, down to the smallest detail, was impeccable – not a speck of dust even in the bathroom crevices. The aromatherapy scent was fresh and not overpowering. The front desk小姐姐 (literally 'little sister,' a polite term for a young woman) was incredibly knowledgeable, not only recommending local hidden gems but also offering thoughtful tips to avoid crowds. The shower water pressure was just right, the toiletries were high-quality, and even the slippers were soft and non-slip. Every day here felt relaxed and comfortable, like finding a peaceful haven in the city. I've already recommended it to all my friends.
I have to rave about this hotel's meticulous service! The USB fast-charging ports by the bed, the heated smart toilet, and the adjustable bedside lamps – every detail perfectly met my needs. When the room was cleaned daily, the staff folded my clothes neatly, and replenished the complimentary bottled water and makeup remover. Even small items I'd left on the desk were tidied up. The freshly made wontons at breakfast were delicious and savory; when I told the auntie I loved them, she even served me an extra bowl. After checking out, I realized I'd left my headphones. I contacted the front desk, and they mailed them back to me the same day – incredibly efficient. It's not just the excellent location and comprehensive facilities; the service is so heartfelt. This hotel is definitely the best in its price range. I'll bring my parents here next time to experience it.

The bathroom was also very generously sized, featuring a large bathtub that even came with bath toys – our kids absolutely loved it! The hotel also boasts a children's playroom, which was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was decent too. While it offers excellent value for money, it's definitely more suited for guests with their own transport.

Hygiene: Why were there small hairs on the towels? These are details that need attention. There was even a previous guest's double eyelid sticker on the shower wall 😅
Environment: Free parking. The gas station right next door had very cheap gas. The overall environment was decent.
Service: The parking attendant's attitude was truly disgusting. When I tried to leave, my car just wouldn't exit, even though my license plate had already been registered. I told the attendant I was staying at the hotel, and the hotel front desk also said I could just tell them and leave. But the attendant insisted I go back to the hotel to re-register my license plate, and he registered it as 'Qiong A' when mine is 'Yue A'. I immediately got furious. I reversed the car back to the hotel entrance, went to the front desk to rescan and register my plate, and learned from the front desk that the attendant wasn't from the hotel; the parking lot is managed by another company. The front desk didn't say much about this incident, but the attendant's attitude was really bad, and he had to be nasty to me one last time before I left!

Laundry room Best, 4 dryer 4 washing machine and there is standing ironing. The fridge is not cold at all, so gotta ask for ice. The house keeping actually smoked in my room end up I had to spray the whole room with my perfume. I thought it is a non smoking room? There are restaurants within the building and there is a KTV room at level 7.

MM55023****This is an excellent family-friendly hotel. It's clean, tidy, and has beautiful surroundings. The lake tour is highly recommended; for just 10 yuan per person, you can feed ducks. You can also buy fish food from the vending machine for 5 yuan a pack. My child had an absolute blast for our entire 2-day, 1-night stay. We didn't even have time to use the complimentary swimming pool and hot spring services – we'll definitely have to come back another time! My little one is exactly 105 cm tall, so she could go on most of the rides, though an adult needed to accompany her. The rides for smaller children generally cost between 5 and 15 play coins per person. We took advantage of the ”buy one, get one free” deal on play coins and spent about 300 yuan over two days, managing to try out all the rides. Staying at the hotel also made getting around incredibly convenient. The Shunde cuisine nearby is absolutely delicious and perfectly suits Cantonese palates. This is the first time I've written such a detailed review – for anyone in Guangdong looking for a family-friendly getaway, this hotel is a must-try!

Very close to Jiazhou Plaza. The people of Foshan are so welcoming. Once it rained and I didn't have an umbrella, they offered to lend me one.
