GGuest UserThe hotel service really exceeded my expectations! The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the check-in process was incredibly smooth. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. The biggest surprise was the smart toilet in the bathroom – such a thoughtful detail! The location is close to the subway station, with lots of great food options nearby. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!

GGuest UserI was so angry during this stay that I forgot to take photos. I've been staying at Atour every time I drive through Shunde for the past few years, and I've never encountered a situation like this. I asked the front desk if there were any rooms on the 18th floor. The person, who I believe was named Runyou, said they hadn't been cleaned yet. I then asked if there were any other rooms available, and she said I could pay to upgrade, otherwise I'd have to wait. If it were my first time staying here, I might have believed her. The more we talked, the angrier I got. Then someone named Wutong came over and resolved it in a few minutes, without me paying extra or waiting for cleaning. It made me feel like they were trying to force me into spending more money, almost like a threat – pay up or wait.

GGuest UserThe front desk service was warm and attentive, and the bedding in the room was clean; I didn't experience any allergic reactions. The breakfast was also richer than other hotels in this price range. The only downside is that the hotel is located in a somewhat out-of-the-way area, but thankfully it's very close to the light rail exit. It's only a two-transfer, four-stop subway ride to Guangzhou South Station, which is convenient.

GGuest UserFive-star review! Aylin and May were incredibly friendly and professional. They upgraded our entire family to a suite, which was fantastic. The facilities are brand new, and the room layout is exceptional, featuring a kitchen, washing machine, and even a walk-in closet. The breakfast spread was also generous. Plus, the hotel even has a kids' play area!
The hotel's location is super convenient, and it's close to several malls. There's also a children's park right downstairs. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

From the floor-to-ceiling windows, you can see a river, and there's a scenic walkway built over it – perfect for a pleasant stroll in the morning or evening. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, even giving us a homemade Shunde food map with their own restaurant recommendations, which was incredibly thoughtful. The hotel is also surrounded by many commercial areas, making it easy to go out and explore. Getting to other places from here is very convenient too. All in all, it was a very satisfying stay, and I would definitely choose this hotel again if I have the chance to visit Shunde.

Although it faced a main road, the soundproofing was effective once the windows were closed. The elevator didn't require a card for either going up or down; I think it should require a card for upward travel to better ensure the safety of the apartment residents.

AAnonymous UserThe room wasn't huge, but it was spotless. The hotel was incredibly thoughtful, probably anticipating more mosquitoes due to the surrounding greenery. They provided mosquito coils, electric mosquito repellents, electric swatters, and repellent spray in the room. There was even an air curtain machine at the entrance. After a one-night stay, I didn't get a single mosquito bite indoors! The toiletries, like toothbrushes, came in individual boxes, which was clean, attractive, and even the kids liked it. They also provided two pairs of disposable slippers, one for adults and one for children. The hotel lobby offered luggage storage, and the housekeepers and all the staff were gentle, polite, enthusiastic, and very patient. Every detail showed how guest-centric and meticulously run the hotel is. The only downside was the semi-transparent bathroom and shower. As a hotel catering to a theme park, its main focus should be family stays, but this semi-transparent design felt a bit strange and slightly awkward.

The hotel’s facilities are modern and well maintained, with rooms that feel spacious, clean, and properly ventilated. Many reviewers found the rooms well equipped and spotless, with excellent soundproofing, which made resting easy. Facilities like the gym, tea room, and leisure areas add extra value if you’re staying longer. Free public parking and EV charging stations are also convenient perks.
