Pet Friendly Hotels in Heilongjiang, China

The staff here are genuinely kind, proactive, and make everything easy, even if you don’t speak much Chinese. The location is perfect — very close to the Great Stone Tablet / main bonfire square, and super convenient to explore the village on foot. They guided me all the way when I needed to take a bus back to Yabuli, which was a huge help. They also answered every question I had and helped solve any small issues quickly and enthusiastically. The room was warm, clean, and comfortable, with a well-maintained bathroom and a great shower. I also received complimentary fruits at check-in, which was a nice touch. Bonus: it’s also one of the best spots to enjoy the nighttime fireworks. Overall: excellent service, I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

Hotel is about 8-10min walk from the bus drop off area. Staff were polite, attended to my request promptly. We booked the family room which can accommodate 7 of us, however there were only 2 towels plus 2 disposable towels provided in the room. The hotel staff provided us with more towels upon request. The room was clean and tidy. There were 2 double beds which fit 4 of us, while another tatami bed barely fit the other 3 of us (wished it was bigger tatami), but it is just for one night, so it was alright. The room equipped with a big window which facing the Main Street, which is a plus point, great morning and night view of snow town from the view! Breakfast was great! A lot of variety and it was delicious. The hotel even gave us free frozen foods as supper. There were free 泼水成冰 activities provided by the hotel too. Overall the stay was great.

Facilities: Great! The pool was very clean! However, the temperature was quite low, not reaching 28 degrees Celsius in winter, so it was a bit cold. Hygiene: Clean! Clean! It's pet-friendly, which is fantastic! We arrived very late, but the staff still gave us a welcome gift, very enthusiastic. Environment: Very good! The hotel has a limited area for pets to play, but it doesn't really matter as there's a huge lakeside right behind the hotel, perfect for a stroll. Service: We had a small incident in the early morning. After going out for an early market breakfast, we drove back to the hotel, but the security guard blocked us from parking back in the hotel. We were already very tired and just wanted to go back for some more sleep. The guard said there would be a wedding car coming soon, but we, as hotel guests, were clearly there first. Yet, he wouldn't let us in and made us wait by the roadside for a very long time, and no wedding car ever showed up. We were very angry and called the front desk. Thankfully, the staff quickly arranged and guided us to the underground parking. When checking out, another lady promptly explained the situation again and gave us many apology gifts, which actually made me feel a bit embarrassed. The hotel's service is really good, and Qiqihar's early morning market is definitely worth a visit!

I really have to praise this hotel! Traveling with kids can be a hassle, but this stay was incredibly comfortable. Even my picky child didn't want to leave. First off, a massive shout-out to the ladies at the front desk! They were all beautiful and tall, spoke softly, and were incredibly gentle and patient with our little one. Every time we passed by, they'd smile and play with him. The most amazing part? Their voices weren't at all like the loud, boisterous Northeastern stereotype, haha! The hotel's location is also fantastic. You step right out into Chinese Baroque architecture, which is perfect for evening strolls and photos. Whatever you want to eat, you can easily walk to. When we were tired from walking with the kid, we'd just head back to the hotel to relax. We were too lazy to go out and eat for several days, so we ordered takeout multiple times, and the ladies always helped deliver it to our room, tirelessly! Seriously appreciate their effort! The little garden in the middle is an absolute gem. Though small, it was covered in snow, and our child would rush out to play there every day. On the last day, before check-out, he spent over an hour playing and only left after being dragged away. He kept saying he wants to come back and play here again! The room deserves a special mention! It was super spacious and clean, so friendly for a family with two kids. The built-in Smith water dispenser was a lifesaver for a mom like me – no need to boil water or buy bottled water, we could get warm water for the kids anytime. It saved so much trouble. And Xiaodu (the smart speaker)! My talkative child could chat with it for two hours, from telling stories to asking about the weather. This mom finally got to relax and scroll on her phone, haha. All in all, this hotel was the biggest surprise of our trip. Next time we're in Harbin, we absolutely have to stay here again~

Excellent hotel! Amazing service and facilities! Perfect rooms and bathroom amenities! The ”smart home” system works very clearly and conveniently! Excellent breakfasts! Free coffee and drinks are always available in the lobby. Very polite staff! Umbrellas are available for free in inclement weather. I loved everything! I recommend this hotel to everyone!

First time in Snow Town as a southerner, and this hotel completely won me over! ❄️ Seriously, this Snow Town hotel is ridiculously close to the ski resort. I could sleep in an extra ten minutes in the morning ⏰, stroll over to the slopes, and still not be late. Ski fanatics, rejoice! 🥳 The Xichaxuan King Room I stayed in was absolutely fantastic! The room was clean and tidy, and the super soft bed made me never want to get up 🛌. The heating was incredibly powerful, completely saying goodbye to the damp cold of the south 👋! Disposable towels, toilet seat covers, and complimentary mineral water 🫙 – they thought of every single detail. The most delightful surprise was the hotel's free activities! Playing 'splash water into ice' in sub-zero temperatures 💦, the moment the ice crystals flew everywhere was breathtakingly beautiful, simply magical ✨. They also had free sledges available, perfect for both seniors and kids. The crunching sound as it glided over the snow was pure winter happiness 🎿! Add to that the free shuttle service and a hearty breakfast buffet 🍜, and it was such a comfortable and pleasant stay. I've already been raving about it to all my friends! ✌️✌️✌️

Mr. He is extremely kind and helpful. He allowed us to send packages to the hotel even before we arrived and was always responsive. The room is spacious and clean, with a great location. There are many restaurants nearby, and it’s very close to Harbin Railway Station. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient stay.

Yabuli's Hidden Gem B&B! An unforgettable, heavenly experience once you've stayed here✨ Choosing this high-end, owner-operated B&B was the luckiest thing that happened to us on our Yabuli ski trip! The property is the owner's own, and you can tell a lot of thought went into its creation – the decor is incredibly tasteful, modern minimalist yet with the cozy warmth of a Northeast courtyard. All the furniture and appliances are top-quality, with smart toilets, underfloor heating, and a high-definition projector. The facilities are so new they look like they've just been unboxed; it's even more comfortable than a star-rated hotel. A special shout-out to the landlady! She's an absolute godsend for germaphobes; the cleanliness is impeccable: the bedding smells like sunshine, is sparkling white and completely wrinkle-free, and every corner of the bathroom and crevice on the tabletops is spotless. Even the toiletries are brand-name products – attention to detail is evident everywhere. The landlady is incredibly thoughtful, asking for our arrival time in advance, proactively sharing ski tips and local food recommendations. She responds instantly to any requests, providing attentive service throughout without being intrusive, making it feel as comfortable as staying at a friend's house. Getting around was also incredibly convenient! The owner provides dedicated shuttle service, whether to the ski resort or for the return journey, always on time. The driver even helps with ski equipment, saving us the hassle of waiting for taxis. The B&B's surroundings are fully equipped, with supermarkets, farm-to-table restaurants, and ski rental shops all within walking distance. You don't have to go far for food or shopping, and the local businesses' prices are very fair, with absolutely no gouging – excellent value for money. This Yabuli trip was twice as enjoyable because of this B&B. I've already recommended it to friends who came with me, and I'll definitely stay here again next time! Highly recommend it to all fellow skiers – you can't go wrong, just book it without hesitation～

The location of the house is fantastic, just a stone's throw from the Fairy Tale Post Office. It's right in the middle of Xueyun Street, making it easy to get anywhere. The house is cozy and beautifully decorated, and the heated toilet seat was a welcome touch, bringing warmth during the cold winter. Our butler, Xiao Wu, provided excellent service. He was enthusiastic and offered all the information we needed, recommending and arranging activities based on our situation. He even provided discounted tickets for attractions and organized a free 'splashing water into ice' activity, which the kids absolutely loved. Finally, even though we repeatedly told him our two small bags didn't require assistance, Xiao Wu insisted on delaying his breakfast to see us off. We were really touched by his thoughtfulness!

We booked two rooms for a family trip. The front desk lady was very nice and gentle. The security uncle was very reliable. It was very convenient to eat and play around. The facilities are old-fashioned European style. It's not too old now. It's just that the toilet is a bit old-fashioned. But it doesn't matter. Some people may not be willing to use smart ones. The hotel and the room are very clean and quiet. It's easy to find, with a pedestrian street and an underground shopping mall at the door. The surrounding facilities are complete. There is also a night market nearby, you can search it. There is also a zoo and an amusement park. I must eat Qiqihar barbecue, which is really fresh meat. It's delicious. We just go to other cities, otherwise I really want to bring some meat back. It looks very beautiful and has patterns, not fishy at all. In this city, most people I met are very good anyway. Everyone can rest assured to play, just ask if you don't understand. No one will cheat you. But still pay attention to safety. There should be a good hot spring, but we didn't have time to go there. I will come back to make up for it when I have the opportunity in the future.
