The hotel is hot during the night, barely able to sleep. No way to change the temperature. No phone to contact the front desk. Didn't give us any toilet paper, no coffee, no tea, no nothing. Cleaning is poor, if you look in the corners you can see how poor it is. All I can say is luckily we stayed there only one night. Also the door doesn't have any safety locks, so in the morning one of the cleaners just entered inside without knocking first.

The hotel environment is very good. It is newly renovated last year. It is clean and tidy. The front desk lady also upgraded the room for free. The room is large enough for a family of three to enjoy family time. The Irtysh River is outside the window, quiet and elegant. The only drawback is that the Irtysh River is flooded in spring, and the water in the bathtub is a bit turbid. It's a pity to have such a big bathtub.
