It took 1.5 hours to drive from Nanjing and arrived around 2pm. After entering the 🏨 gate, there is a parking lot. After parking your private car in the parking lot, you don't have to use it anymore. The staff at the gate booth will contact the housekeeper in advance to pick you up with a shuttle bus. The housekeeper Zhou Ting is warm and thoughtful. After checking in at the main building, she took the shuttle bus to take us to the bamboo forest two-bedroom suite we booked. The first two photos are of the bamboo forest suite. We went in. After we checked into the room, we smelled a strong musty smell (later we found that some places on the wall were moldy), and the air conditioner didn't cool. After almost an hour, the temperature didn't drop. It was so hot that we immediately contacted the housekeeper to change the room. The housekeeper helped us apply for an upgrade to the Lakeside Yaju two-bedroom suite. Because the upgraded room needed to be prepared, he first picked us up to rest in the lobby of the main building. When my family said there were mosquitoes, he took the initiative to bring us floral water. At about 3:30, we finally got to the room we were staying in. Although it was a bit of a hassle, we still give full marks for the service. The first floor of the hotel's main building is the gym locker room, which leads directly to the swimming pool in the rice field outside. The second floor is the lobby, and the third floor is the restaurant. We settled down and rested for a while, and went swimming at 4 or 5 pm when the weather was not so hot. It was very convenient to call the front desk to arrange a shuttle bus. The service staff were very considerate. The service guy of the shuttle bus took the initiative to ask us if we were going to swim, and contacted the staff of the swimming pool in advance to arrange it. There may not be many guests staying in the hotel. There are only a few of us in the whole swimming pool. The water temperature of the swimming pool that has been exposed to the sun for a day is just right, not too cold or too hot, and it feels very comfortable. In general, we recommend the Lake View Two-Bedroom Suite over the Bamboo Forest Two-Bedroom Suite. The room is larger and the layout is more reasonable. You can stay there twice when the weather gets cooler. The service is perfect. There are many highlights, such as: the staff sent welcome fruit in the evening, and it was very convenient to check out in the morning. You can just give the room card to the shuttle bus guy, and you don’t have to send the room card to the main building. The shuttle bus took us directly to the parking lot, and sent souvenirs and drinks. The black rice for breakfast was delicious. All the waiters I met were very enthusiastic and proactive. The hotel's book selection is also very attentive, and I can't put it down at any time. In the restaurant, the child wanted to eat the pineapple sweet and sour pork that he had eaten last year, but the menu was no longer updated. The staff at that time actively communicated with the kitchen and actually arranged it. It was really touching; the yellow croaker ordered this time was also super delicious; at the farm, the child wanted to eat instant noodles, and the staff specially helped to find the hot water that had just been boiled... We prefer to come here on rainy days and listen to the sound of rain quietly in the woods. The environment is quiet, the trees are lush, and it is very fresh. This time I brought two little ones to go on vacation together. The hotel prepared afternoon tea and welcome fruits, as well as cat litter. There are also rabbit farms and swimming pools around the hotel, which is especially suitable for families to take children on vacation. The housekeeper, Sister Hu, deserves a mention. This is the third time she has received us. I must give her 100 points. She is quite enthusiastic.

The scenery is very beautiful, the room is also very big, Luyao housekeeper service is very nice, always available, very patient. The young lady at the front desk who checked in was not very good. She asked me to sit there and wait when I checked in. As a result, many people came to check in later, but she didn't call me and kept asking me to wait. She didn't consider the feelings of the customers. If I were an employee, I would scold her to death. The scenery is very good. To be honest, the restaurant is not cheap, more expensive than the dinner in a five-star hotel. I have to spend more than 300 yuan for each meal when I take care of my children.

The wild luxury hotel is located in the bamboo forest deep in the mountains, hidden and low-key. The swimming pool surrounded by rice fields, the mottled sunlight in the bamboo forest, the hot spring under the starry sky, and the natural and harmonious small animal farm are like oil paintings everywhere, which are so beautiful that people can't believe it. The meticulous and thoughtful service of Xiao Ge, the housekeeper, also adds points to this trip. Suggestion: More activities can be added, and the farm can be better utilized.

It was a great experience. The hotel has first-class facilities and a quiet environment. It is away from the hustle and bustle of the National Day holiday.
