湖景景色很棒，早餐也不錯。唯一的建議就是衞生間多備用一個牙刷。我們房間的這個牙刷毛質有點差。

距離中山橋很近，房間較為乾淨，被褥柔軟，交通較為方便，出行較為方便，餐餐豐富，購物較為方便，酒店有停車場，前台較為熱情。

酒店在湖心島上，內有穹隆式花園，環境很好，算是蘭州新區較好的酒店。設施有點老化了，房間的衞生也有待改善

被褥非常潮濕，且厚度並不適合冬季使用；
房間温度很低，中央空調沒什麼作用；
電視遙控器無法使用，經工作人員上門未能解決，衹好用手機看球；
冬天也沒什麼湖景可看。

餐廳態度極差，六點半去點餐，八點半了還沒上菜，一個米飯上了兩個小時，問服務員能不能快一點，服務員毛姓女子直接沖客人吼我們在接待領導顧不上你！這種酒店大家不要來了，順便查查12號晚上接待的是哪個領導
