The rooms are rather sterile. We choose terrace rooms which are nice. Showers ate incredible, good pressure and shower heads.

Loved this hotel.. friendly staff, great location. My only complaint was I did not care for the scent piped in all over the building. It tickled my nose.

This was our 3rd weekend stay in the past 18 months and It does not disappoint! The rooms are just the right size; beds and pillows very comfortable; toilet and shower are separate from the sink area which is wonderful…just be careful as the shower floor tile can be really slippery…
Hallways are bright and airy with carpet down the middle for added quiet; water and ice stations in the halls; macaroons at check in, and special small cocktail of the day at the lobby were special “treats” for all guests; the rooftop bar has comfortable seating areas both inside and out with a fabulous view of downtown! We will be back the next time we visit Dallas!

We came for an overnight trip to visit some friends. The hotel was nicely decorated, and the room was spacious, clean and cozy. Stacey was the most friendly valet and made us feel right at home. Unfortunately, all other staff, including front desk and bartender, seemed like they couldn't be bothered to smile, or even greet us hello. When we asked questions, we received short one-word responses as if we were bothering them by asking. We wanted to confirm check-out when leaving, but waited at the front for a while and again, nobody was there so we ended up just walking out. All this deterred from our stay a bit, but Stacey and the clean and nice room made up for some.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Canopy by Hilton Dallas Uptown, and I must commend the hotel for its outstanding cleanliness and professionalism. From the moment I arrived, Stacey, the doorman, consistently went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. His warm greetings and helpful demeanor created a positive first impression every time I entered the hotel.
Moreover, Ebone at the front desk deserves special recognition for her exceptional assistance during my check-in. Despite the challenges of losing an important item while traveling, Ebone handled the situation with utmost professionalism and empathy. She efficiently facilitated my check-in process and ensured that my stay started off on a positive note.
I also appreciate the availability of an early check-in room, which made a significant difference in my overall experience. Canopy by Hilton Dallas Uptown's commitment to cleanliness, coupled with the outstanding service provided by Stacey and Ebone, truly made my stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a combination of top-notch cleanliness and professionalism.

There was a problem with the TV even after maintenance came up to "fix" it. I called the front desk a couple of times and no one answered the phone after letting it ring for a several minutes each time. The water in the shower only got warm, never hot.
The property is very clean, modern and new.
