"An old, tired hotel. Totally uncomfortable. The refrigerator was so noisy it sounded like a Boeing engine taking off that I had to turn it off at night. The bathroom door creaked like a worn cowboy saddle. They charged over $400 to my card and still haven't sent an invoice for the exact "services" they stole from my card. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. There are plenty of modern, better hotels in Dallas that don't charge customers for services they didn't provide!"

"The hotel was double charged, Ctrip customer service helped to coordinate, but the hotel still refused to refund! I booked the same room with a friend, but the room size, partitions, and equipment were different. For the same price, I was automatically downgraded. The living room has one less sofa than my friend, and the toilet and bathroom are not separated! The bar in the building next door downstairs was noisy until midnight, and the cars on the road were very loud, making it difficult to sleep well. It cost more than 4,000 for two nights. I really feel that the services, facilities, decoration, toiletries, etc. are not worth the price!"
