"I booked this property on a whim and was pleasantly surprised! The room is chic and spacious, with modern furniture. The lobby area is also an appeal, as it provides bountiful seating areas near the bar. The breakfast was disastrous, however. The front desk staff informed me that breakfast would end at 11:00am on weekends, but when I arrived at 9:40am the staff were already putting things away. The food quality was very low. I would recommend altering the selections to make them more edible. Overall, the experience was a good one!"

"The hotel is very conveniently located near the Union Tower and Union Station. From the airport, you can take the orange light rail line to West End Station, then transfer to the red line or blue line one stop to Union Station, which is very convenient. There are also quite a few bus routes nearby, making traveling very convenient. There are many important attractions surrounding the hotel, such as the location where Kennedy was shot, the Sixth Floor Museum, the JFK Museum, JFK Plaza, and the Dallas Holocaust and Human Rights Museum. A Greyhound station is also nearby. However, if you want to take the Flix bus, you need to take a bus or light rail to Deep Ellum. In addition, the hotel is a little far from restaurants and convenience stores, so it is recommended to plan meals in advance. The room has a very wide view, with a beautiful view of Central Station and the Reunion Tower. The entrance to the hotel is a bit hidden, located on the side facing away from the central station. It may take some time to find it when you first visit. The air conditioning system in the room works well and makes the entire environment very comfortable. The softness of the mattress is also very moderate, providing me with a good sleeping experience."
