Best Dallas Hotels

"I recently stayed here for a few days, while working remotely in Dallas with my significant other. By the time we left, we both said how it was the best hotel we had ever been at. To begin with, the staff are friendly and knowledgable, but allowed to be uniquely themselves, and not the 'robotic' default some other chains demand their staff be. The hotel itself is stunning and elegant from a design standpoint, but all while not feeling stuffy. It feels more like a Wes Anderson film, than it does your grandparents' country club -- and I love that. This neighborhood is also going through such a renaissance and provides cool shops and restaurants that are never far away. And finally, the hotel rooms, dining options, and even mini bar all offer top of the line comfort, quality, and uniqueness that cannot be replicated. If you can't tell -- I will be returning, and I cannot recommend it enough."

"Looking at Ctrip's online reviews, I booked a room for two nights. The first impression when I came to the hotel was very good. The waiter at the door was divided into two parts. The service was very professional and enthusiastic. The waiter entered the room and put it in the room. The facilities of the hotel are introduced carefully. It is very warm. The hotel has seven restaurants. We had an American dinner at the hotel that night. The quality of the service and dishes was perfect. The Japanese food at noon the next day was also very exquisite. There are also many surrounding attractions. It is also very convenient. I will definitely stay here next time I come to Dallas. I highly recommend it to everyone."

"The hotel is located in Downtown Dallas. The parking lot is across the street from the hotel and the parking fee is $30. There were many parties on the weekend when I checked in. There were rooms playing music and making noise at night. The soundproofing was very poor. The front desk handled it promptly after reporting it. The advantage is that it is very close to various attractions, you can go to Citywalk, and there is also a delicious barbecue restaurant."

"Two families traveling together (2 adults, 4 kids-ages 9, 10, 11 & 13) for a staycation during the week. The beach rental flooded, so we headed to north Texas instead. Art in the hotel was amazing. Snuck in a history lesson during summer vacation. Food in restaurants was above average with above average prices as well. Restrooms were extremely clean. Rooms were only serviced for 2+ days stay. Only serviced one time between Tues-Fri. You pay the price for convenience but you could check in and never leave the hotel. Water park was open 10-7. Spa was not open yet, a little disappointing. Customer service was top notch. "

"I thoroughly enjoy my stay when at the Marriott downtown. I would wish the valet parking service could be swifter as I had to wait about 20 minutes for my car to arrive even after calling for it to be pulled before checking out of the hotel. Other than this, my stay was as good as it has been in the past "

"Broken trim, coffee machine with no pods, cracked sink. Reservations made several months ahead, but was assigned a handicapped room at the last moment even though checked in at 3 pm, their specified time. Expected more from a 4-star hotel. Parking is very pricy at $46 per day. At checkout, they missed an item loading luggage into trunk. Had to go back to retrieve."

"The double bed is too small, and parking will be charged. It is inconvenient to eat nearby. The number of people staying during the epidemic was quite large, but the party next door in the middle of the night was too noisy and affected sleep. "Just OK. Staff was OK. Not much near there. Pool is small, around the pool is nice. Seems to a locals hangout on the weekends, bar was packed Th/Fr/Sat. Buffet is not very good. Tried to order room service, said they’d connect me, no one answered. Said they’d have them call me, no one called. Kept trying never was able to connect to room service. Staff was nice, but over whelmed."

"The room is very big and feels like home. There is a room ter every afternoon. I couldn't help but ask for a few more soufflé cookies. The restaurant is closed on Sunday and Monday nights, the service is very good and there is a very nice lady who has worked here for 33 years. I like this hotel very much, except the side is very deserted."
