Our stay at Sah Saray was better than our expectations. The people there make it good. Our room was beautiful and looked just like the photos if not even better. The only thing I did not like about it was that it was not spacious enough for what we paid it was a bit of a squeeze. The property overall was fantastic, the views from the terrace of the balloons every morning were so calming. The service was great especially from Samet at reception who was always providing the best service and always genuine and personalised to us. Thank you very much to Mr Kemal for arranging all our activities for us especially the balloon ride and managing to get us the deluxe flight that we wanted! :) The breakfast at the property was delicious. You have a full Turkish breakfast every morning and Orhan's service was amazing, he even served us breakfast after the time had passed on a couple of the days as we woke up late and would serve us complimentary drinks every so often. Everyone at the property is so helpful and always there to have a friendly chat with and the place itself is just gorgeous. The location was not bad we could walk to the centre in less than ten mins from the property which is great because the hotel restaurant is not open for lunch or dinner so it's great that the centre is so close.

Wonderful hotel with amazing customer service !! I love this hotel so much . The receptionist knew that I am solo traveller this time . They suggested me lot of useful trips for one day traveling in Goreme town.like restaurant, cafe , sightseeing points.trip.com showed wrong check in and trip out time . I arrived at the hotel around 11am . After small talk with me, they allowed me to early check in . Not to mention that the hotel design is fantastic with very nice swimming pool . I jumped into the swimming pool this morning after finishing my breakfast buffet. The swimming pool water is very cool but it let me have refreshing morning. Thank you so much. Very sweet . I got the gift from hotel when sending me back to the airport and I will remember you guys -enthusiastic services and this hotel ! So happy to stay in here .

I was in this hotel with friends and relatives on the night of February 13. The view from the hotel is very beautiful, you can admire Goreme.Excellent location, the panorama is quite suggestive. The rooms, I would call them suites, wonderful, careful and comfortable. They all have their style. Some with a ground bathroom, others with shower, but all furnished in the minimum details. A wide choice of salt and sweet in terms of breakfast and of course very good. Strategic location for various types of excursions you can do, including the famous tour in the Mongolfier, nearby possibility to take horse tours or quads. Super recommended. Melissa

Absolutely loved our stay at Lucky Cave Hotel. It was so cute and cozy. The staff were so welcoming and super friendly. They helped us book the tours and also organized airport shuttles. Superb communication! Some of the best hotel service I’ve ever received. The rooms were clean and the gardens were heavenly. Was such a relaxing stay. They had a rooftop terrace where we had a great view of the hot air balloons in the morning. Would highly recommend staying here as the hotel was in the heart of all of the cute shops and restaurants and easy to find 👍

Very very satisfied, Facilities: Very complete, the terrace has a great view, and watching hot air balloons on the terrace in the morning is really awesome. Hygiene: Very clean. Environment: There are flowers and plants everywhere, and the mood is very good. Service: The service was considerate. We were allowed to check in early and received complimentary breakfast. We were also provided with free pick-up service from the bus station. I was so satisfied.

Family of 3, stayed from September 3rd till September 7th, 2022. From the moment of our arrival to Nevesehir airport till the moment of our departure to the next destination we felt welcome. Very family-oriented environment, exceptional hospitality, and smiley faces. We were given a tour of the hotel and amenities, then taken to our rooms. Our room was a cave room called the king suite with terrace (Room number 304). It was beautiful, authentic, clean, and had an AC. Beautiful spacious marble bathroom. Room authentically decorated in Cappadocian-Turkish style. Sheets were changed and towels replaced upon request. Lovely housekeeping team. Front desk very receptive and helpful, all hotel staff went above and beyond to tend to guests to make sure all were having a great experience. Given the nature of it being a family run hotel, it had warm friendly vibes. SETEN RESTAURANT – absolutely to die for! Best restaurant in Cappadocia hands down. Breakfast – best spread ever lots of choices. Served by lovely people. Dinner - It is a definite MUST. Especially the Muhammara, Mutancana, Testi Kebab, and Pumpkin Dessert!!!! I do advise you to book your tours with the hotel but make sure it is with the hotels Kelebek Tour company as we had a frightening experience with a company in city centre. Thank you to the amazing staff at the hotel that made our stay in Cappadocia memorable. We are avid travelers so believe me when I say this hotel is well worth it especially the fact it is THE best view to watch the beautiful hot air balloons fly over Goreme with many caves surrounding you. Special thanks to front desk - Duru, Amir, Sena, Murat - and including Seten Restaurant – Hussain, Utku and Serife – including anyone else I may have forgotten to name, you are all doing an amazing job. Location is very good. In one of the cave in Gerome. Hosters are all very nice and show us around the room and all the facilities including the very nice terrace. They also can arrange all the tours. Our room is in one of the cave, real cave. It is clean and warm. We had good time over there. One of the problem is that they forget to clean my room even with clean room tag hanging for whole day and in the afternoon I walked to the frontdesk to specifically asking for the clean. But when we got back to room around 9, still not cleaned. I would say that clean room is the basic for any hotel.

I had a great time in this hotel! Begimay who was the woman staff and I met first, was very friendly and always smiling. So cute and kind. I wanted to say good bye before I leave from the hotel. Also, Abdullah and Sitan were nice staff. They bring us with our heavy suitcase to the bus station. So...I was really surprised with gorgeous cave room and it was comfortable. The breakfast was buffet type and there were many delicious foods like Turkish soup and Turkish omlet. We also could see the dreamy air balloons on the terrace. The Terrace was really relaxing space!

Myself and my daughter were very lucky to have experienced This part of Turkey and our stay at Ottoman Cave Suites room 204 could not have been better. The staff did everything they could to help us. Mohamed and Zekeriya are a credit to this hotel as they are so helpful and kind. They were able to make recommendations and arrange a private driver for us who took us everywhere we needed to go. They also booked the hot air balloon for us. Breakfast was amazing every morning with different borek made fresh by Leyla who is an amazing cook. The room we stayed in had a television, safe, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. There were robes and fresh towels. There was a kettle in our room and complimentary teas, coffee sachets that were topped up daily. We loved our stay and felt like sultans. I do understand that some snobby stuck up people will complain about the grit in the bathroom that falls from the natural cave walls. Or they might moan about damp smell in the bathroom…..they need to wake up and realise it is a cave!!!!! Appreciate this beautiful place, the views, the terraces and the people as you won’t find another place like it . The way the whole place is designed is so quirky but beautiful with things like vintage sewing machines and original Ottoman title deeds scattered around. We hope to return here again one day !

Very beautiful and comfortable, the hotel's SPA is very cost-effective. In the morning, you will be awakened by the sound of the hot air balloon heating up. When you open the window, you will see the hot air balloon right outside the window.
