Our order has 2 breakfast everyday but the hotel record only shows 1. We have to show the trip.com confirmation (luckily husband has printed it out, we can't find it again from the order) and they checked that their record is wrong. Billy at the reception doesn't smile and I think he should ask me to add 1 more breakfast (because there is discount to add in advance) but he didn't do so and make me spent half hour to prove I should have 2 breakfast in the next morning. The manager Yannes has apologized and let us have breakfast in the VIP lounge (also free for tea time and happy hour). The food is only average. The waitress asked me if the food okay, I said the bread of the egg benedict is too soft. Then she answered usually people dont' eat the bread. Do you think her answer is so strange? The hotel is grand, the garden and pond is beautiful, room is cozy but you can hear the noise in the next room. The cleaning lady has good smile and polite. Very close to the MTR station and the restaurant Dim Dou Duck.

Front Desk staff is top service, housekeeping lady that clean my room, thank you so much for the hand writing note.Concierge staff, doesn’t feel like helping traveller like us. I want to thank front desk for helping me and assisting on my request. Here are the major negative thing that i personally feel 1. Centralized A/C which is too hot even though i have switch to the lowest degree with cool high air. 2. Window too dusty as i was told to open the window if is too hot and stuffy 3. Shower top needs to change as the rubber tip turn brownish and water shooting from different direction 4. Breakfast expenses need to pay on the spot and not able to settle upon departure 5. Lift is alittle scary to me even though is safe. The lift have not completely stop and the door open. Overall, staffs is good but hotel is kinda old.

Got an upgrade in parent/child room on 35th floor It looked fully renovated, fresh scent and carpet smell. My room was very big and clean and looked like I was the first one to use it. It had that fresh smell They could change the breakfast times to times and add more options for halal/muslims customers. Overall they have a lot of options in breakfast too Cleaning was spot on and location is very near to all restaurants and shops. Multiple Canton Fair shuttle a day to pick you up and drop you back to hotel Swimming and gym was also very nice I would use it again for sure but only if it’s 35th floor and above

In the center of Guangzhou, about five minutes' walk from the Canton Tower and the Tumor Hospital Eye Hospital, the room is clean and relatively large, mainly because the staff at the front desk are very nice! I originally wanted to stay one night and left the next day, but there was a problem with the flight. After I had checked in, I communicated with the front desk. The whole day room was changed to an hourly room. The platform refunded the whole day's money. I found an alternative flight and wanted to change it back. The lady at the front desk didn't find it troublesome. She helped me find a way to communicate with the platform. It was very milky and the experience was pretty good. I recommend it!

The room was clean. The receptionists were not attentive (kinda arrogant). The hotel’s location was not traveler friendly that we had to book DiDi every time we wanted to go eat or visit places or go metro station. There’re no spots around the hotel that are good for travelers to go.

Very satisfied! ! The location is excellent. The surrounding buses and subways are convenient and within walking distance. It is close to the business district and Huanghuagang Scenic Area. There are Yinji Rice Roll Rice Rolls and Diandu De Hahaha. It is very delicious. The room is very clean and there is no smell at all, which is great. ! ! ! The service attitude at the front desk was also very good. They thoughtfully prepared silent earplugs, disposable toilet covers, disinfectant wipes and other small things. It was very nice ~ I also upgraded to a double bed room. I really like the layout of the room. It is antique and the interior is beautiful. There is also a small refrigerator. The hotel has a self-service laundry room, kitchen and fitness equipment👍The only thing is that it is close to the road, there is a bit of traffic noise, and the room door is not very soundproof, but the price/performance ratio is unbeatable, what else do you need a bicycle😆

The location of this hotel is very good. Near by is metro station, hong kong bus service, nice international food restaurant. Service is ok but the rooms are small. But i think in this price range this is the best hotel you can get. Overall i would say not bad
