今次來增城三日兩夜，第一日入住嘅酒店大廈內有裝修噪音，已經休息唔係咁好，之前在Trip.com內知道古玄酒店是一間新開不久嘅酒店，所以就轉酒店專程過來試住一晚，因前一日休息唔係咁好，諗住入住後沖涼休息一下，約人四點半處理事務後，食埋晚飯才回酒店，點知上到房沖完涼後想休息，但覺得好焗好熱成身汗，打電話去前台查詢，原來酒店要整中央冷氣，要四點半後才恢復冷氣，問佢點解入住時唔講，一時就話突發，一時就話怕騷擾客人，但乜嘢原因都好，其實一些維修保養唔係太長時間，大家相就一下真係冇乜所謂，你早些通知，客人可以安排調動行程時間，酒店以後處理類似上述事件，絕對有改善空間。(只是處理手法，前台態度冇問題)酒店好新好乾淨，床品好好。
另外早餐種類擺設，睇到酒店真係花咗唔小心思同時間落去早餐這部分，餐廳地方雖然不大，但係你身處在內，會有些星級酒店嘅感覺，而當日餐廳內嘅職員亦都有畀到這種感覺你，酒店這方便係成功嘅，食物方面，水果同沙律很新鮮,尤其是咖啡選用嘅咖啡豆,真係非常好好,好過好多高級嘅酒店,但有部分食物真係唔係咁好，唔係味道或煮法有問題，而係選用食材方面有待改善，其中試過香腸.魚柳.果汁這些真是麻麻，香腸煎得香'魚柳炸得脆'但本身食材就是不好，如果作出一些改善，早餐方便應該會畀到客人好深刻印象。
