Our room had a magnificent view of the Li River. The sightseeing spots in Guilin City were all in walkable distance of the hotel. The breakfast had a good amount of variety and you can even get the typical Guilin Rice Noodles if you want. The service was over the top (everyone was super friendly and attentive). If you have any questions the staff replies to your messages within minutes. We were asked if the breakfast is alright or if they should prepare a more western one for us. They probably also saw our bin filled with empty water bottles and provided us 1.5L bottles for free 😂 Will most certainly recommend this hotel to my friends and family and would also come myself again!

It was great time to stay at Shangrila in Guilin. All workers are very nice and kind. One of the worker even helped my son blow his nose! The hotel is just beside the river so it’s nice to take a walk. By using share bike, it takes 15 min to get the city side. I think it’s convenient enough and ridding share bike during trip is also good experience. Our highlight is the last night with Peach & Aries at the bar in Shangrila. Their music was awesome and they also let my wife sing with them. Playing some Japanese songs means a lot to me.

Our stay at Guilin Central Palace Hotel was exceptionally satisfying. We booked a king size room and was spacious. Breakfast and afternoon tea time came with many selections that were amazing delicious! Staff was always very helpful. We will book again to stay in Guilin next time.

We had a good family stay at Grand Link hotel. We are foreigners in China and have 3 kids under the age of 12. All staff were helpful and accommodating to us. We especially enjoyed the large pool (they put out the lawn chairs and tables/umbrellas on our second day to visit the pool. not sure why they weren't out there on the first day). The garden in the center of the hotel was lovely and the kids really enjoyed feeding the fish. The location was such that we had to grab a didi everywhere we wanted to go, since we had kids who couldn't walk very far distances. It was super simple to get a didi though, and usually about a 10 minute ride wherever we wanted to go. The breakfast buffet was wonderful!

Hotel is located at the centre of Guilin. It is close to elephant trunk hill and tons of restaurants. It offers free Guilin art experience. My son got to learn ancient printing and art work. The food street is just right behind the hotel and 15-20mins walk to Dongxi lane and jingjiang prince palace. Excellent service. We left our power bank and they sent it back to me. We had a great time there.

The hotel is designed in the style I like. There is a big night pearl and stalactites at the entrance, which is very distinctive. Walking through the corridor with a strong Chinese atmosphere, there is a Western restaurant with small bridges, flowing water and fish, as well as ancient style photo-taking and tea-making around the stove. My friend likes the artistic conception of the restaurant very much. The room is fully equipped, clean and tidy, with a light fragrance, which smells good. The hotel service is also very good. My friend forgot to bring makeup removers, and there was a female care corner at the front desk that could provide makeup remover towels. It was really thoughtful. I highly recommend the infinity pool on the top floor of the hotel. It is beautiful for taking photos. Although it happened to be a rainy day, the scenery is still very nice. My friend said that next time I have the opportunity, I must find a sunny day to experience it again. Strongly recommend!

The hotel where I stayed for the exam has a very grand lobby, the fragrance smells great, and there is also a shopping area. Since I arrived early, the front desk was very thoughtful and upgraded me to a deluxe room. The room was very spacious and very clean. The sky outside the window was very beautiful. They also gave me 2 bottles of mineral water. The mattress was soft and hard, and it was very comfortable to lie down flat on. Excellent! What a bargain. Great value for money! The hotel is clean and tidy, quiet and has good service. It is more comfortable than the five-star hotel I stayed in in Sanya. My children especially like the paintings here. There is delicious Guilin rice noodles nearby. A bowl of it costs only 7 yuan. There are so many delicious foods in Guilin. The hotel is very close to the Li River. It was so comfortable to eat in the evening. I took my children to four cities during the winter vacation, and I was the happiest at the last stop in Guilin😃.
