總體來説一般
1、房間多少有差別，沙發有污漬還有洞
2、灰塵挺厚的，雖然説是自助，但是起碼在客人進去之前先打掃一次
3、去到之後想換房間發訊息不回，説話的態度挺好的，就是實行力一般
4、生活用品缺少，我這次訂的是一個周。我想公寓那邊也是清楚的，應該把東西都準備好。

這次旅行兩個多月的時間，民宿也住過幾家，這家刷新了我的三觀！看介紹網頁全好評，照片裏看房間也是乾淨！可能是我人品不好要求太高了……訂的房間介紹頁面明明寫的是12樓，到了以後給的是7樓的房間，説不能指定樓層……也沒其他房了……還説給我升級了……升級的房間一言難盡……衞生間沒馬桶，蹲坑，返味兒不敢開門，房間的床沙發桌子都是磚頭墊起來的……全程微信聯繫，沒見到店家，我們到早了，微信不及時回，大熱天的拖着行李在樓下等不到回信兒衹能給她打電話……很疲勞，懶得扯皮…………！從來沒差評過，這次實在窩火，自認為經常出門在外還是比較能將就的，她家之後在也不敢訂民宿了！

老闆服務很好很熱情 房間空間很大 空調很涼 床很舒服 陽台空間大可以曬衣服 有全身鏡 房間就在火車站旁邊
房間有蚊子😢所以沒睡好 半夜才把電蚊香插上
整體來説軟硬件條件都很好

很近桂林站，而且前台小姐姐服務非常好，在自己迷路10分鐘後，還耐心打電話給我指路，房間光線很好，很大，很乾凈，有熱水，非常好的服務，愛了愛了
