一次無意的旅行，因為防控政策的問題衹能在嘉興活動，看到這家酒店位於南北湖景區內且評價不錯的情況下預訂了三天兩晚的行程，酒店依山而建，體量不是很大勝在小而精，客房的水準開元一直做的很好，同等水平來説不遜於任何一家國際五星的標準，由於防控的原因酒店的廚師沒能來上班，很遺憾沒能體驗到酒店的餐飲，但其他的服務標準秉持了開元一貫的高標準，雖説小有遺憾吧，但不妨礙這是一次很好的度假體驗

非常不錯的一個南北湖公園內5星酒店，房間大，裝修到位，服務員服務不錯，特別總枱的Abby經理從訂酒店開始就電話聯繫，並預先升級了山頂美景房，特別感謝。另外歺廳不錯，菜品手藝到位，吃住一條龍。下次會再去

原本定的是南北湖裡另一家民宿的，後來看到這家五星級的開元價錢更實惠，果斷退了民宿訂了這家，abby小姐姐在節日期間還給我們升級了山景房，房間很大，視野超好，晚餐也在酒店吃的，性價比真的很高，所有服務人員態度也都非常好

感覺酒店還沒裝修完，酒店外部環境不太好，內部環境，房間還可以，服務挺好，晚餐最棒，價格合理而且分量大，早餐不太多，但基本的都有，對我來説，足夠…在南北湖景區內，適合散心修養…
