Since we were traveling with a child, they thoughtfully provided a toy car for the baby and even upgraded us to a city view room. The air conditioning wasn't very effective at heating, but after mentioning it when we went out to eat and beforehand, the room was warm immediately upon our return. The service was superb; we truly felt at home. The breakfast was also good, and the value for money was excellent. Overall, a very satisfying stay, and I highly recommend it!"

"Our first time staying in this hotel , We chose it because it was 1 of only 3 that had a swimming pool , a call was made the day before we booked to make sure the pool was open, as with previous experience you cannot rely on trip.com to give accurate Information , on arrival we were then informed that the pool was an external business, that a swimming cap was reguired , which we had not been informed of when asking about the pool, this was another 135cny , which made the overall cost more than the Ramada hotel, thankfully the manager of the hotel accepted this responsibility and provided a solution, thank you , everything else had been great upto this point and the front desk staff the next morning were kind enough to shower our daughter with gifts , thank you again, we will book again next time, more prepared"

Attentive Service Details: The butler service is a major highlight. They proactively add you on WeChat the day before check-in to offer travel tips and help book photography sessions. 3. Unique Experience: This is the first Senbo resort where you can enjoy hot springs, featuring the Xihe Hot Spring Center (including indoor/outdoor pools, saunas, etc.). 4. Diverse Accommodation Options: Besides standard rooms in the main building, there are unique room types like water cottages, elf mushroom houses, and lakeside castles. 5. Other Activities: Every Friday and Saturday evening, the hotel's outdoor music plaza hosts bonfires and performances. ⚠️ Things to Note / Potential Pitfalls 1. "Such a warm and peaceful cabin nestled on the hillside. The room was immaculately clean. Sitting on the balcony, I felt utterly relaxed, truly immersed in nature and reconnected with its beauty. "I choose that hotel because it was on paper “ non smoking” . When I arrived in the lobby the Boss was smoking. The check in process is efficient. The bed is not the typical hotel bed. The fact that it has a round shape is rather innovative. The problem is the mattress doesn’t fit” hotel standard at all”. It is totally hard as if sleeping on the floor itself. And the air conditioning was extremely noisy. I didn’t sleep well as a result. Early in the morning I check out. And will forget about this place. I went to ZhuaZhua caffe and that was a great find! ( finishing the review on a positive note!)"
