I started visiting Okura hotel in Hamamatsu since March 2010 and this hotel and its wonderful staff has always been consistent in delivering exceptionally wonderful service. The hotel is located strategically next to Hamamatsu train station which makes it very convenient to get to. Act City Mall is located next to the hotel and it’s a convenient place to shop. There’s also many restaurants and bars which are located not more then 10 minutes walk from the hotel. If you get a view at one of the higher floors, you will get an awesome view of Hamamatsu city. There are many restaurants in the hotel as well as the complex where the hotel is located. The hotel is decorated with music themes and I like how the elevator has Chopin’s music notes on it. Exceptionally classy and beautiful hotel!

It is like a capsule hotel that I found in a night stay. There is a space of about 1 tatami mats besides the bed, and there is a table and chair, and it doesn't feel cramped. There are spas and cartoon cafes, and guests can use them for free. (Large bath, sauna, drink bar, bedrock bath, manga, microwave oven) The facilities are clean and Yurakucho is easy to use.

This price is great near the station. It is simple, but there is a minimum necessary. It is relatively clean and has no smell. The smoking space on the first floor is not smelly. The coffee server on the first floor has a paper cup with a lid and cannot spill even if it is carried to the room. The front desk is not bad, but it is not professional. There is no switch of the ventilation fan in the unit bus, and the humidity is swamped. Because of that, it is relatively beautiful, but there is a little black mold. Overall, the cospa is good and the hotel is good for sightseeing and Viginas.

The Japanese pay more attention to privacy, so most of the time there will be no one at the reception, and they are all in a small room next to it, so that guests will not be too embarrassed to come in and out. There is a refrigerator, hair dryer, microwave oven, kettle and two hangers. The TV is not convenient for foreigners to watch. Most of the programs are charged, 1,000 yen a day. Since the price is very cheap, basically 50% lower than the market price, breakfast is not provided, but there are many snack bars and convenience stores at the door, which is very convenient. There are also vending machines in the lobby to buy drinks and beer, which are slightly more expensive than outside. You can book a taxi for free if you have a phone, but you can't use it if you don't speak Japanese. The smoking place needs to be improved, it really does not conform to the hygienic image of Japan. It is a new and clean building in a hotel located in front of the station. The parking lot is on the back side beyond the track, so it is close by foot, but it takes about 10 minutes by car. If you go by car, it is recommended to stop in front of the hotel and then move to the parking lot after receiving the explanation. The room was small but new and clean, and the water pressure of the hot water was good. It seems to be a business hotel, so if you can choose, the room away from the elevator is recommended. If you stay in the front room, you can hear the voice guide at the arrival of the elevator. There was a public bus and it was good to put it in the foot. It was a little disappointing that I couldn't use it because I had a large powder room at present. There was a little trouble about the parking fee, but I was very polite in the exchange by the phone. The hotel that responds firmly at such a time can stay with peace of mind. I will do it here if I go nearby again.

Thank you for your care on May 3 during the midst of Hamamatsu Festival. I get the necessary amenities at the front desk and enter the room. I only got a com. The room was single, and there was a thankful desk for business, and it was easy to use. There is a shelf next to the chair, and you can boil hot water. the humidifier and air cleaner were also placed, which was very helpful. It was very unfortunate that I had hair left when I tried to take a bath, but it was very quiet in front of Hamamatsu station and I could sleep well at night. I had a breakfast buffet and I was able to enjoy the Japanese style. The price was high because it was in GW, but it was good to stay. I had a hair loss of ★, but I would like to take care of you again if I have the opportunity.

There is a convenience store on the first floor near the station. It is also a short walk to downtown and there is no problem with the location. The response of the employees is also good impression. There is a feeling of cleanliness. We were able to upgrade our room this time and spend more comfortably. This room was the west end of the north side, so I can take a picture of Enshu Railway from the window of the room (the hotel is right next to the far iron elevated line), so I think it is a happy room for railroad fans. It is troublesome to do it only by the machine next to the front desk. If you make the name etc. fill in at the front desk, it is more efficient to advance to the liquidation by the flow.

I used it when I stayed at a drinking party. The rooms and corridor lobby are beautiful in the newly opened hotel. There was a restaurant ＆ bar on the 1st floor, but it was closed due to the influence of Corona. I would like to expect an early resumption. The room is a good size, but I felt that the toilet and bathtub were a little small. Body soap and shampoo are provided on the wall, but some amenities will be brought from the side of the front desk as much as you need. The parking lot is affiliated with the adjacent multi-storey car park, so you will be parked there. It is a good hotel to use because it is close to the downtown area.

The breakfast is very diverse, be sure to bring breakfast! The location is very good, close to Hamamatsu station. It also has its own bathhouse. You can take a bath in the morning and evening. I didn't try the bathhouse, but the location is good enough.

最初駅から向かった時に迷ってしまい(GPSつけながら向かったのですが、私が方向音痴なのとGPSがうまく作動しなかった為)地元の方に聞いてやっと着きました。何の事はない私が大回りしていただけで、JR浜松駅中央の通路を遠鉄百貨店と反対の方に出れば、5分程で着きます。有名な餃子屋さん(むつ菊)はホテルの裏にあります。着いて荷物を預けた時にアメニティについて特に説明が無かったのですが、部屋着や綿棒、フットピロー等はフロントに言えば借りられます。エレベーター横に部屋着、綿棒等は置いてあります。部屋は広くはないですが、清潔で使いやすかったです。私は机の前の椅子には座らず、もっぱらベットからテレビを見ていました。 2泊しましたが朝食は日替わりで、パンの種類も変わりました。スムージーもです。１日目はウナギご飯を食べそびれたので、2日目は早めに行き食べる事が出来ました！種類は多くないですが、無料の朝食はありがたかったです。一つ中々慣れなかったのが洗面所の蛇口です。最後までどっちに回せば蛇口？シャワー？ってなっていました(自分が慣れなかっただけです。。)お風呂にお湯を入れる時に、蛇口の長さが少し足りない気がしました。あとよかったのはウェルカムドリンクです。１４時からコーヒー、レモン水が飲めます(コーヒーはもっと早くから飲めた気もします) 全体的にとても良いホテルライフでした。また機会があれば他のコンフォートホテルにも泊まってみたいです。
