公共環境挺好的，停車場也很大，離地鐵站也不是很遠，出行也相對方便；附近餐飲、小吃不多；房間不是很大，配置很齊全，貼心的配備了電子秤，提醒你在外也要控制飲食😁，挺好；消防安全做的很好，並且配備了消防口罩，這個值得點贊；衞生方面還行，床鋪都挺乾淨的，主要有地毯，這個沒辦法，懂得都懂；房間設施不是很新，但都夠用，洗澡水量特別大；整體很滿意。

房間不太大，但很舒適。配套設施齊全，因為不臨街，晚上十分安靜。前台服務也很周到，還能免費停車到離店當天的下午2點。美中不足就是周圍用餐的選擇地兒偏少。

房間小的可憐，兩張1.1的床，放個28寸行李也要放在過道上。
床品感覺潮濕，床墊睡上去都凹下去了，床墊感覺是用了十幾年都沒換。
衞生也是很差，床背都黑色了，沒有處理。
總結：一晚沒睡，列入黑名單

位置挺好的，就在黃龍地鐵附近，出行非常方便，離西湖也特別近，晚上可以溜達過去西湖看夜景或者打車去音樂噴泉都很方便。
另外附近有公交去很多景點都方便，靈隱寺的車好多路過這裏。
房間配備兩把雨傘，非常貼心了！

早上外出很方便的饭店，君澜品牌优秀。工作人员彬彬有礼。伊经理有爱，家人般的温暖。对面就是黄龙洞，处处都是风景。设施完善，游泳健身，适合商务休闲。跑步到西湖也很方便！而且還去爬山！最貼心的是每一個樓層都有充電寶，很貼心！二樓的自助餐也很好吃！老人小朋友水果烤鴨很好吃！期待自已下次來還住這邊.
