Hotel located near to metro station. The nearest station is Ding’an station exit gate D. The metro is red color (Line 1) direct line connecting to Hanzgzhou airport. So if you coming from airport no need to the change line. Hotel itself located at city, morning time can walk to Hangzhou museum, along the way many shops around. Western shops eg: macdonald, costa coffee, starbuck. Alot cafe, tea, souvenir shops. Close also morning market called Damanong. Can have breakfast and see the morning market. Use the public bicycle to go there, just use alipay. Distance 1.2km. Near the morning market at the end there is God City Temple for you to visit, can see the whole Hangzhou city from top of the temple. The hotel is clean, have free washing machine and dryer machine. Detergent provided. At the same place there are 2 treadmills provided ( gym quality). Couch provided while you waiting for you laundry. There is also a steam iron provided. Breakfast selection is good with varities of foods like egg fried rice, chicken sausage, ham, beef, eggs, salted eggs, cereal, warm soy milk, milk, bread, butter and strawberries jam. Noodles, congee, fruits, croissant, cupcakes, corn, cookies. There are 2 robots helping to deliver things inside the hotel. If you order food, the robot will send the food to your room. There are also snacks you can buy at the ground floor. For muslim, this hotel located infront of a mosque, there is a Halal restaurant near to the hotel. More halal restaurant across the road near to exit A og Ding’an metro station. I came during Christmas, the hotel give me present for Christmas, when I check out they give me souvenir to me also. Everyday, I was provided with 2 bottles of water and change new set of towel. The water heater, the heater function very well during winter. Im a happy guy during the visit.

Good: Friendly staffs Easy access to all popular places to shops and eat. Take 15-20 mins walking distance to West Lake. Take less an a min walking distance for coffee, and breakfast next to hotel. Very close by subway, and buses. Hotel has free self washing and drying machines. Bad: If you are a clean freak, this hotel is not for you. I had a crab leg bone left in a toilet room after the room cleaning service is done ( sure, definitely not from me since I have not eaten any crab) Not price performed since the room was small with no review at all. I saw a flea in a sink, but didn’t take photos since no further expectation from cleanliness.

Arrived early on 19th for 3nights stay, fantastic service by receptionist 林/李小姐. 王先生 is exceptionally helpful with good advice and even showed me personally where I can hv a quick lunch. Room is clean and tastefully renovated. Spacious and I can open windows to ventilate which I love. Located at D3 exit, easy access to amenities and local restaurants. Short walk to West lake. Breakfast is good too! I enjoyed my stay

The hotel is very close to the subway station. The rooms are neat and clean. It's just that ”there is gold and jade on the outside, but ruins and lint on the inside.” The front desk knew that there was no air conditioning that night and did not tell me before I checked in. The room temperature was over 28 degrees all night, which made me unable to sleep all night. I argued with their front desk, and he said it was impossible to check out, and he only gave me a fan to solve the problem. The fan still cannot rotate. ”Let me call the sky not to respond and the earth not to hear it.” In the end, I had to endure it silently, which hurt my body and mind. What surprised me the most was that Trip.com was not notified that there was a problem with the hotel's air conditioning and was unable to convey it to me. It's really puzzling.

I played golf at Fuchun Mountain Resort before and had a very good impression, so I came back twice more. Accommodation and meals were basically provided in the hotel. The main reason is that the service facilities of this resort can fully cover your needs. After many years, here it comes again. This time I booked the Qiuwang Suite and was upgraded to the Oupo Suite by the front desk (but I didn’t see the convenient difference between the two?). The room is estimated to be 75 square meters, which is indeed very large. Although the facilities are not the latest, after all, the hotel It's more than 20 years old, but the details are well done, and it feels a bit like old money. Both the shower and the toilet are very comfortable. The water is warm, the toilet seat is warm, and the details show care. Drinks in the mini bar are free. However, there are two points that I think need to be seriously improved. After all, the facilities in the room are old and need further renovation and improvement: 1. The air-conditioning fan outlet is right on the bedside. The sound of the fan operating in the middle of the night is rumbling, making it impossible to fall asleep at all. , I happened to have a bit of neurasthenia, and it almost cost me half my life. The hotel's service attitude was very good, and they said they would change my room, but the same room also had this shortcoming in hardware facilities. In the end, I could only turn off the air conditioner. , sleeping wrapped in two duvets, tossing around until midnight, this is really sad; 2. Although it is a suite, there is no door between the actual big bed and the living room outside, only half a carved partition. Instead, there are two doors separating the room and the bathroom. I think it's a bit putting the cart before the horse. I hope the living room and the room can have closed doors, because sometimes two people stay and if they encounter someone who snores, one can be on the tatami in the living room and the other in the bedroom without disturbing each other. This is the meaning of a suite. , the so-called suite should be two separate rooms that are isolated. Hope to adopt. In other aspects, there is really nothing to complain about this resort. The scenery, privacy, and dining facilities are all in place. The price is expensive for a reason. I hope that customers’ well-intentioned suggestions will be taken seriously~~~

The hotel is actually pretty nice and at a very good place …the only thing is the rooms are pretty much very very small but as far as location and food is concerned all is great

The hotel staff (Ms Lilia and a male service staff) were very helpful by helping us sending two courier packages. The breakfast meals/food should make some changes after 1-2 days. We stayed for 3 days, having same foods everyday was not fun. The location near to metro and very convenient.

Hotel is about 5 minutes walk from Hangzhou Railway East Station and connected to multiple subway lines. There is also a 万象汇shopping mall nearby which has many popular restaurants in Hangzhou so you can enjoy local delicacies without travelling far. The hotel is also connected to another shopping where there are many local restaurants at affordable prices and there is Burger King and Starbucks too. The hotel staff at the conceirge and housekeeping ladies are courteous and friendly to render assistance when my room key has issue unlocking my room door. Room is spacious and clean. Breakfast has quite a wide variety of western and chinese food, which is value for money. I like the noodle bar as the lady manning the station could customise my noodle as I could not consume beef. I will choose this hotel again when I visit Hangzhou for travel . 😊

Really good review! The guy at the front desk was very considerate. I changed hotel rooms many times, and the front desk was very patient and accompanied me to select a room. The room facilities were very complete, the WIFI was very fast, the shower water was big, and the hot water was very fast. The room is clean and tidy. When I go out, the cleaning lady comes to tidy the room. The speed and efficiency are very good! It will still be my first choice in the future
