Great location. It is close to Vincom, so it is convenient for restaurants and shopping. The bedding was in good condition and I contacted the manager through Jaro, but he was kind and dealt with the unexpected situation well. But the furniture and switch are a little old. Water is provided with a refill water purifier instead of a bottle of mineral water, but even if you press cold water, warm water comes out and the water tastes not good. The location is good, I am willing to use it again, and I will buy bottled water and go in.

There are a total of forty-seven hotel rooms. Designer Bill Bensley has integrated opera elements into every detail of the hotel. The corner of the performance area on the first floor separates the open bar from the stage, and the backstage is an all-day restaurant. Overall, it is a medium-sized hotel. It is stunning at first glance. The service details are in line with the price. The selection of spare parts is also in large bottles, which is quite satisfactory. The non-alcoholic mini bar is free and refilled every day. The living room has free afternoon tea, free wine of all kinds in the evening, and all-inclusive snacks. It is worth it from a cost-effective perspective. The surrounding area is an absolutely rich area with various luxury shops. There is a night-time ceremony in the evening. Capella Hanoi's glorious Koki Japanese food on the B1 floor this year received 1 star. It has only 14 seats and offers a set similar to Omekase. Thanks to the Japanese uncle chef, he was really handsome. Breakfast at Capella Hanoi is the all-day dining restaurant Backstage next to the lobby bar on the first floor. The Backstage restaurant restores the elements of the opera house to the greatest extent, creating a transparent and gorgeous golden hall, decorated with opera costumes, the flowers are yellow phalaenopsis, and the menu is “Diva’s menu”. Breakfast at Capella never disappoints, almost all are a la carte, and the a la carte menu is simply dazzling. The first page is the Vietnamese specialty Pho, which was rated as the top three Pho food in Hanoi by our guide. There are other traditional delicacies such as baguette sandwiches. In terms of Western style, the breakfast includes fresh oysters imported from France and smoked salmon waffles, which are full of sincerity. The various eggs, especially the eggs Benedict, are superbly made, and the crepes and waffles are also delicious. The chef is well-known in Vietnam. He can already eat very nice food in the hotel without leaving home. This trip has been very satisfying.

Fantastic modern funky hotel, well situated fir old quarter and station. Good size room with excellent shower room. Comfy bed and usual Western equipment . USB charging points, free toiletries. Social area was good sized near reception and offered a well stocked bar. Breakfast served there also and the option to use thier facilities to cook your own!.

Good location. If you need to travel or work, it will suit your need. The hotel is not big but can provide you enough facilities. The breakfast does not have huge amount of options, but each option is good at quality.

I stayed in this hotel from 21-23 December and was booked for another hotel in Hanoi after my trip in Sapa in 26 December. I immediately liked the hospitality and the simple room I stayed in as it's quiet and away from the street noise. The location is absolutely perfect, only 1 minute away from St. Joseph Cathedral and 5 minutes from Hoan Kiem Lake. There are a lot of local cafes and restaurants around the area. As I liked my stay the first round, I have immediately decided to book again when I came back to Hanoi on the 26th. One absolute gem is the Metis Spa located inside the hotel. It offers substantial discount when you are a hotel guest and I would highly recommend this Spa too. Big thanks to Sarah and all the hotel staffs for the welcome.

Thanks for the amazing experience at La Mandarina Hotel. The hotel owner and the staffs are very friendly, thoughtful and helpful. When I was there exploring the Old Quarters, they even told me the places to eat and took pictures for me. Really recommend everyone to go there to spend the night. I will come back here when I have another chance to visit Hanoi!

The hotel staff were very friendly and respectful which made the stay enjoyable. The highlight of the stay was the hotel buffet which was really good.

Inside the dormitory is a normal dormitory. The passageway you pass through is a little narrow, but the bed and storage case with a key are normal size. You can use the Japanese outlet if it supports Bolt. The staff may differ depending on the day, but you can rest assured that they can speak a little Japanese. There are several toilets and showers for men and women, but the showers rarely produce hot water. Please be especially careful as only water comes out from the front side of the men's shower. However, considering the price and Hanoi's temperature, it has sufficient dormitory facilities and a good location. I didn't take any particular photos, just the outside view from the toilet and the WiFi.

The hotel is located in a great location. with easy access to everywhere, the room is clean and the staff is friendly, specially Anna, she has helped us plan a day tour to Bai dinh, bus ride to Cat Ba Island. Highly recommend, especially those people who are coming to Hanoi for the first time.
