It is in a suitable location for walking. The room feels quite small. Breakfast is appropriate. The gym equipment and facilities are very disappointing.

Great value for money! The staff were incredibly nice, warm, and polite. The room facilities were cozy, clean, and tidy. I accidentally booked a king-size bed, but the lovely lady at the front desk kindly helped me switch to a twin room free of charge. The location is also excellent, very close to the Beer Street and Hoan Kiem Lake, both within a 10-minute walk.

The hotel shows great hospitality. As a returning guest, a cake and card was placed on the table and it was a pleasant surprise as I checked in. The room has a balcony and was very spacious. The check in and check out was very fast and upon checking out, Ms Tracy helped to call the transport company just to ensure that my pick up was in order. The food massage was very good and the breakfast and lunch set was very delicious. Super clean hotel and 5 mins to the lake. The drinks at the bar/restaurant are good! You can see the sunrise at the pool level.Highly recommend all to stay here.

The hotel’s location is fantastic, and the room is clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our four-day stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. We’ll definitely be returning if we ever go back to Hanoi!

We really enjoyed our stay at Classyc Hotel! Best thing was all the staff - everyone was so friendly, helpful and smiling all the time! We were welcomed with drinks and snacks on our arrival, got brought up to our room, and every time we go out and come back, they will open the door for us and greet us! Room was comfortable with everything we need - the only thing I would change is having slippers instead of thongs, but that's our preference only. Breakfast was amazing, it had great selection of choices including local food and coffee, all the staff again were so attentive and friendly! On departure we were gifted with a cute Vietnam souvenir which was a lovely touch! Thank you to all the staff members during our stay, we had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again if we come back to Hanoi!

Staff are all very friendly and helpful, from reception to housekeeping to bellboys, restaurant and in room dining service. Speaks excellent English. Room is very clean too. The hotel also celebrated our anniversary when they knew about it.
