The hotel facilities good and the location very nice !!! Especially the staff very super friendly and helpful! Very enjoy the trip for staying here !

Had a lovely stay, staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is a place with old lovely Vietnam charms, whole hotel is like a museum, give you glimpse of old Vietnam life. Rooms was quaint and lovely, comfortable and cosy. Breakfast was good. Situated in the old quarters near shops and food.

Had a great stay! The breakfast buffet was really good with lots of options. Everyone here was super friendly and always willing to help. The front desk staff were especially helpful and made everything easy. Loved the rooftop seating — nice view and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms had reasonable space considering it’s right in the middle of the Old Quarter.
A special thank you to Alice, Autumn, Anna, Jamie, Xuan, Fruong, Quan, and Hoang for their amazing service — you all made our trip even better!

Our trip to Vietnam was made even better by our experience at KeCho Legacy Hotel! The hotel staff are wonderful and incredibly helpful, offering tips and recommendations for the city and also booking any day trips you may want. There is a spa on the second floor where my husband and I had a lovely treatment.

I came here at the last minute due to a nearby road closure and was greeted by a familiar face. I enjoyed a free upgrade to a room on the highest floor and woke up greeted by a lovely sweet receptionist named anna with a delicious breakfast buffet. She kept me entertained with good conversation and offered travel advice and tips. The room had a very unique view of the hotel’s signboard that was interesting.

Location wise was terrible as it is in the old quarter but on the busy road so grabs and taxis can't send you to and from your hotel as they are numerous road blocks during the weekends & holidays. The hotel is also in the corner alley surrounding their wet meat market of mostly pork and chicken, so its alot of smells in the morning and you need to find your way to the hotel. Pls note u might have to push ur luggage in and out the alley or maybe further since u can't book a grab or taxi nearby and have to go all the way to an Intersection to do so. Room was ok, not super clean and toilets glass screen was hanging off already seems quite dangerous. Bed was ok. Amenities not that much

The hotel is in an excellent location and it’s right in the middle of the old quarter - everything is within walking distance. The rooms are clean with good decor, and the provided hotel breakfast is a welcomed spread. The receptionists are friendly and attentive and one in particular was very helpful in arranging anything or helping up with any requests. Would definitely stay again.
