The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and the Christmas decorations really created a festive atmosphere. It's clean and tidy, and even though it's by the road, the soundproofing is surprisingly good – very quiet at night, which made for a peaceful sleep. It's also super close to all the attractions. The breakfast was delicious! I'd definitely choose this place again in the future.

The service attitude was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious. Every staff member was very warm and polite. The room hygiene was also great, and the suite was very large and spacious. It's also very close to the city center with many cafes nearby, perfect for exploring around.

The hotel is located in central Hanoi, convenient to get to different places. Kathy at the front desk is very helpful and super knowledgeable about food. We tried many restaurants and street food recommended by her and they are very tasty. She also recommended a cooking class to us which made it easier to kill time on a rainy day. It’s always great to have local recommendations when traveling - this made us feel at home instantly. I highly recommend this hotel and please say hi to Kathy next time you visit :)

The hotel is relatively new, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was quite tasty too. The only minor issue is that the soundproofing in the rooms needs improvement; I was woken up at night by other guests talking loudly.

The rooms are quite spacious. The area feels very safe due to the embassies nearby, and its location in the old town is incredibly convenient. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful! The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming! The children absolutely loved the rooftop pool, which stays open until 10 PM.

Hotel room was very small than expected . The room I was given did not have window . I don’t know why this hotel was given 5 star rating . It looked like 3 star hotel. I wasn’t very happy with the room . Service was good and it was clean . But I didn’t enjoy staying .
