Spent 3 nights here during the National Day holiday in Hanoi. The location is super convenient, close to Train Street, Hoan Kiem Lake, and the Old Quarter, with plenty of cafes nearby.
The breakfast is mainly European, but they also have pho, which I had every morning. It was just as good as, if not better than, the pho from Michelin-starred places outside!
The staff provided excellent service. They were quick to address and resolve any issues, and their service-mindedness was top-notch – they even proactively helped with luggage.
The only minor drawback is that the room was a bit small, but that's a small detail that doesn't overshadow the overall experience. I highly recommend staying here!

Great location, though the room was a bit small. It was clean and tidy, and there's a pool upstairs which is nice for photos. It's generally quiet at night, but you can hear sounds from the hallway. Breakfast was pretty mediocre.

The hotel is well located in the old quarter of Hanoi.
The room is comfortable and the service is good
From the bell boys to the reception, the staff in the restaurant , and housekeeping everyone was pleased to help us.
Breakfast is a buffet with a different selections of food (western and Asian) every morning
The gym is very little
The staff from the reception helped us to book a cab to the airport (260000 VND)
Also we got a present from them when we left, it was surprising but very well appreciated.

The hotel stay was good. The room was a bit small and the hotel is located right at an intersection, but close to thevtrain street. Although the area was livley, the street noise was barely audible. The breakfast was good.

I really enjoyed my stay at Soleil boutique. From arriving to leaving everything went smoothly. The hotel is situated in a perfect location for exploring the old quarter. There is a small pool and bar on the roof top which was perfect for relaxing after a long day. The staff are very friendly and professional and the breakfast was also very good.
