Hotels in Acheng Business District, Harbin

My business trip continues! I changed hotels and this time stayed at my usual favorite, the Lavande Hotel. I wasn't disappointed. First, the interior was spotless and meticulous, with attention to detail, just like always. The music playing in the shower was a nice touch, and the location was great. The only downside was the cleanliness. The previous resident's bathroom wasn't very clean. The housekeeping staff weren't very thorough, leaving urine stains on the floor and a strong urine smell in the bathroom. That was the only downfall this time! Cleanliness is truly crucial!

The room is very large, very satisfied, the equipment is smart, the bed is also very big, the cloud outside the room is also very beautiful at this time, praise, next time you come to business trip, you will choose to live here 👍

I was so lucky to choose this guesthouse! It was amazing – the environment was fantastic, very clean, and incredibly cozy, making it feel right at home. It was conveniently located with easy access to transportation and taxis. The host was also incredibly kind and helpful, always responsive and quick to respond. They even provided a lot of helpful information. I immediately told my friends, family, and colleagues about it and highly recommend it!

The hotel is located in the north of Acheng, which feels like the northern part of the city, but it's only a 10-minute drive from the south. There's both above-ground and underground parking. The underground parking is on the hotel's basement level, accessible by elevator, but you need to tell the front desk your license plate number first. Above-ground parking is in the hotel's back courtyard, so you have to walk to the front entrance. The interior is supposed to be smart, with a smart remote control. However, the shower in my room had a strong silicone smell, and the hot water wasn't very hot. Overall, it was okay. The breakfast was decent, with a good variety of options.

The room facilities are incredibly outdated. The hotel's amenities and overall environment just don't match the price point at all. The showerhead has to be held by hand as it won't stay on its holder, and the hairdryer is useless. I was warned before that the room didn't have air conditioning, but when I called before checking in, they said it didn't have individual units but did have central AC. It turns out it *does* have it, but the control panel was taped over with black electrical tape! They advertised welcome fruit, but there wasn't any until I specifically asked. The description mentioned bathrobes, but it turns out those are only for the hot springs. As soon as I entered the room, there was an unpleasant smell... Honestly, this is the worst hotel experience I've had in the last three years, even compared to places at a slightly lower price point, no exaggeration! I didn't take any pictures as I didn't think I'd need proof, but since the platform invited me to review, I'll describe what I disliked. Oh, and the hot springs! My son was really looking forward to them, but what they call 'hot springs' is just a public bathhouse with some pools.

Two issues One is that you have to pay a deposit of 400. . . The other is that the soundproofing is poor. The woman next door kept talking at around midnight, which was very noisy.

The environment is alright, but the windows are huge, so it might be a bit cold in winter, probably because I'm sensitive to the cold. The heating doesn't seem that warm, but at least there's air conditioning, so it's not too cold.

Health, good service, the boss is very enthusiastic.

Economical, comfortable, quiet and hygienic, the front desk is warm and smiling, very taking care of the guests' feelings, the location is opposite the main entrance of the park, next time you bring sports equipment, the rice park should be very convenient for running.

The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, making the check-in process efficient and seamless. The hotel boasts well-appointed facilities and a prime location with excellent transport links, plus a fantastic array of dining, entertainment, and shopping options right on its doorstep. Overall, my stay here was absolutely fantastic, and I wholeheartedly recommend it!
