Nice hotel, but wifi doesn’t work well

自駕親子旅行，想找一家安靜的酒店休息，因此訂了該酒店最貴的房間，體驗真的不好！電梯等待時長，有異味兒，進門的左邊是扔臟布草的房間😓房間地毯也很臟，就不上圖片了！服務座機聯接不暢（電話線有問題）。沒有直飲水（可以理解，很多酒店都沒有），一家四口飲水需求相對大，請服務人員多送兩瓶，服務人員很替老闆着想，嘟噥一句：“房間不是送了的嘛！”但還是極不情願的送了兩瓶來……最難以忍受的是，整夜都有外機的轟鳴聲，對於睡眠淺的人來説，真的是摧殘！！至於早餐，跟商務賓館差不多，請自行腦補！

服務太差，房間不配紙巾，衞生一般，地毯很臟，洗手枱全是水漬，水壓太大，一打開水龍頭水整個噴射出來，弄一身水，嚇一大跳。房間空調沒有制熱功能。製冷也不太好，，房間也沒有浴袍!在河池這個價格確實不值。

訂了一晚總統套房,也沒説不可以續住,第二天早上我就打電話到總枱確認續住,總枱也確定了可以續房,中午一點40左右我就下來續房,前台居然説不可以住了,有人在網上訂了！難道網上訂的是客人,原來住的就不是嗎？住了那麼多年酒店,第一見識到前台的服務態度,就是你不能續住了,佩服,自己網上和酒店銜接不好,還是客人的問題了,如果不是叫了個美女來調解,而且態度很好,我是不會退步的,憑什麼早上確定了可以續住,中午去辦理又不讓住？你們自己網上給別人訂了,我又沒有退房,這是管理問題,而且前台的服務態度不敢恭維,住了多年酒店的我第一次對服務行業產生了懷疑！！金城江那麼多酒店,相信以後不會再住這家了,失望。

來廣西一般都住黔安，但是一次體驗比一次差，首先冷漠，第二天去吃早餐，一堆酒店的人在旁邊聊天，餐廳有三位客人吸煙，並沒有人制止，，大早上聞到煙味真是反胃

入住兩個晚上，衹給了一張早餐券。第二天進出酒店時到前台問了兩次，都説會直接送到房間，可直到第三天早上也沒送來。沒辦法，衹好再去前台找人要。負責接待的小姐姐很認真的敲了一通電腦之後，很鄭重的告訴我説：林先生，你這個訂單是定了兩晚上沒錯，但衹有第一天含早，第二天不含早。無奈之下，我衹好找出訂單詳情給前台姐姐看。她看完了，一時無語。我也已經沒有了在酒店吃早餐的興致，衹好乖乖的出去外面找吃的了！

現在一些local品牌酒店其實並不輸國際品牌酒店，Amenity準備了小牛夜燈可用可帶走，還有手寫留言卡以及飲料和餅乾，看得出來還是蠻用心。酒店裝修個人覺得也是蠻大氣，在這種7線或者8線城市來講性價比超級無敵高了。有一個小毛病空調對着床吹很不舒服，空調生意也很大需要改進

第一次入住這個酒店，位置就在城西主幹道上，下高速路口幾分鐘就到了，非常方便。附近還有個大超市，吃的也挺多。酒店環境非常好，前台服務也特別好，還給免費升級了房型，辦理入住也非常快，小姐姐性格也很好，大堂還有慶祝建黨百年的畫布與手抄報，感受酒店員工都非常用心了。房間寬敞明亮，細節也做得非常好，洗漱用品都是密封包裝好的，毛巾也是一次性的，乾淨又衞生，我很滿意。打掃房間的阿姨打掃也都很乾凈，有什麼需求前台小姐姐和打掃阿姨也都會快速滿足的，早餐是自助的，味道還不錯，都是本地特色小吃。前台態度太好了，我忘記開發票了，直接幫我郵寄到廣州。謝謝啦^_^體驗感非常不錯，牆裂推薦啊！
