"I didn't expect that there is such a hotel in Jinchengjiang. I was really surprised. The decoration, facilities, service and hygiene are very satisfactory. The lobby is very grand, with a simple tea break. There are fast charging piles at the door, and free parking is available on the two floors of the parking lot. The room is very large, about 30 square meters, and the interior decoration is very modern, all with wall cloth and wood veneer, and the luggage racks are all marble. Xiaodu Smart can voice control curtains, lights, air conditioning and even TV channels. The items and bedding in the room are of good quality, especially the mattress is moderately soft and hard, which is very suitable for my sleep requirements. I will definitely choose this hotel next time I have a chance!"

"HBreakfast costs extra, but instead of a buffet, there was only a bowl of rice noodles. It didn't taste good, and there was no green vegetable at all, nor any coffee. My room was 120 AUD per night, yet it didn't even have a mini fridge. The carpet in the room was very dirty. The staff were always on their phones."

With its 7-star rating, it exceeds all expectations, offering impeccable elegance, organization, and impressive cleanliness. What stood out the most to me was the hospitality of the staff. Every employee seemed impeccably trained, providing attentive and personalized service that made all the difference. I only stayed for one night, but it felt like I had been there much longer due to the strong connection with the place. The buffet is simply incredible, offering a wide selection of delicious dishes that cater to various tastes. Additionally, the room service operates 24 hours a day, ensuring you have everything you need at any time. The hotel, though not very large, is extremely cozy, providing a welcoming environment that makes you feel at home. One aspect that deserves special mention is the staff's willingness to assist with personal issues. I had some trouble catching the train and finding my destinations, but the team went above and beyond, offering all the necessary support to resolve everything without stress. If you're planning a trip to Yizhou, don't think twice: the Comfort City Hotel is the perfect choice for a comfortable, elegant, and memorable stay. I highly recommend it!"

"I heard that it opened in October last year, with a fresh and clean decoration and complete facilities. The girl at the front desk was warm and considerate. The laundry service was very suitable for us who had been away for many days. The front desk and floor waiters had a good attitude. The breakfast was exquisite, clean and safe to eat! The people of Guangxi are simple and kind. Next time I come to Hechi, I will definitely stay here again. I would like to praise Oda at the front desk and the two girls at the front desk when we checked in at around 6pm on the 25th. Warm, thoughtful and considerate."

"A bit old hotel, the staff is a big plus, they are responsive and quick, but the hardware is really average. I understand that it is an old hotel, and it is unrealistic to ask for renovations, but I think consumables like towels really need to be replaced in time. The style looks very old, and the feel is very hard, it feels like it has been used for a long time. Other aspects are pretty good for a hotel of this price, and the staff is really a plus"

"Huazhuhui is a loyal fan, but saw a good service in this hotel. The clothes are not washed close-up clothes and socks, very good. There is a laundry service, call the front desk, come over to get the clothes in a while, and take a clean bag to pack the dry clothes the next day. This service is really something ordinary hotel chains can't do. The design of the sink is not easy to hide dirt. The disposable toothbrush is very good. The brush handle is particularly good. It is fat. I don't know where to buy it. It is OK. There are disposable towels, but there is a charge. There are disposable slippers and combs. The air conditioner is quite cool, the quilt is thicker, and the low air conditioner can be turned on. There are quite a lot of sockets in the room, there are on the sink, there are also under the TV, there are also seats next to it, and there are two bedsides. The location is also very good, near the pedestrian street, it is convenient to go anywhere. The first time I came to Jinchengjiang, I stayed at a good hotel. There is a delicious rice noodle shop nearby, called Liubao rice noodle. I think it is quite ok, and there are many locals to eat."
