房間隔音很差，外面其他房間按門鈴的聲音都能聽見，而且晚上睡覺時還可以聽見其他房間的講話的聲音，真的隔音差，前台服務還是很好的 之前一個房間沒有搞好衞生，就立馬給我們換房間還和我們確認新房間衞生如何

沒見過這麼差的連鎖酒店，先説説服務，前台拽的很，我花錢不是來看你擺臭臉的。周邊壞境也就那樣，特別是大早上樓下在那噠噠噠的，吵的飛起。設備這一塊，投影儀真的差勁，整個電影投屏，那上面的字幕都看不清，跟馬賽克似的，我訂個投影房還不如去私人影院。最最最重要的一點就是開發票，我晚上還特意問了前台那個男孩子有沒有專票開，他説有，我説OK，明天上午我退房來開。退房到前台時，前台那個女孩子直接跟我説沒有專票，因為系統問題連普票都沒得開，你們的系統出問題了就要消費者買單？還説要等一兩個星期。等一兩個星期公司財務不給我報銷了這個錢你們酒店給我報銷？你在跟我開玩笑呢？
