In general it is a very good hotel. I am appreciating in particular the attention to the customer. Room quite spacious with all amenities, including espresso coffee machine. Excellent Breakfast with a large choice of food. Lounge at 23 floor as a lot of choice of food and drinks at happy hour. Very good also the swimming pool. Negative aspects in my opinion are only the gym, which could be bigger and more equipped and the SPA, that I found too expensive compared similar services in HCM.

Exceptional service - staff are always attentive to our needs and very helpful. Make great recommendations for sightseeing, transport, food etc. Room has an excellent view of the city and even from the bathtub! Bath salt is also provided. Good location and walking distance to many places but we took Grab most of the time as the rides are inexpensive and the drivers always reach within 5 mins. I will not hesitate to stay at Pullman if I am in HCMC.

Its really ridiculous as staff told registered on system so should be the same person .. We feel like as robbery in day time .. This is also last time we booked this hotel ..The way 2 guys front dest talk aslo unfriendly when we keep asking and he told us *** pls let me talk first the u talk ok**** hello we came here to stay and pay not come for free.. The stay experience is awesome. The apartment is very clean, aircon is superb and everything is provided in the kitchenette. Daily housekeeping is provided. Totally love this hotel, for the priced I was offered the smallest room at the highest level, 7.. however as someone with a large, heavy luggage, there were some flight of stairs that i had to take to access to the next building, so I had to carry my heavy suitcase on my own.. It's a very good dormitory. The owner can speak a little Japanese. Also, the staff is fluent in English. It feels more like a capsule hotel than a dormitory, so your privacy is protected. There is one toilet for men and women, one for men, and one for women. There are separate showers for men and women, and there were three showers for men, but they were a little cold. However, Ho Chi Minh City is very hot, so I don't think it will be a big problem. Late at night, the gate on the road may appear to be closed, but don't worry, it will open if you push it. This hotel has a rooftop, and on the day I was there, everyone was having a barbecue. One problem is that the space to put your bag or carry case is small, so be careful if you are bringing large luggage. As for the outlet, you can use the same outlet as in Japan if it is compatible with Bolt. There is also a storage box with a lock where you can put your valuables. This dormitory is recommended as it is close to Bui Vien Street and there is a Family Mart nearby.

Great location near the bus terminal, and the lady staff was very friendly and approachable. There was a free drink included in the room rate, and the beds were bigger than many beds I’ve stayed. No room should be updated on the website in a timely manner, so changing the store will still cause trouble for tourists.

Then I called my parents to the lobby, the hotel manager said I 3 times ”if you want, you call Uncle to talk in the lobby” (although before I refused because I could call my parents myself, And it was time for my parents to go down to the lobby to sit and wait for the car to eat instead of staying in the hotel lobby) - Manager Reason again repeat the above (cross your face like, tell 🥥 belly or something :) )

This is one of the hotels that I quite enjoy in the experience of using self-serving accommodation services. This is a fairly new model in Vietnam, although in other Asian countries it has to be developed. Location: located in the central district but it is difficult to find this homestay location. It took me nearly 40 minutes just to follow the google location, without any instructions from the homestay. The equipment in the room is quite comfortable, but the stone floor in front of the elevator is dirty but not newly polished. Some equipment on the door is dirty but not cleaned. The bed is soft, everything is very good. The whole stay I rate 3.5/5 Checkin is quite difficult, there is no signboard, you have to call instead of having a guide The hotline or check-in procedure is relatively time consuming to open the door and get the key - There are still some shortcomings such as checkout that needs to be notified in advance to extendtay, the amenities locker is locked when I need it, I don't know where to get it or open it. In this regard, it is necessary to have a better communication channel with customers or use QR codes for unlocking and unlocking activities ... room renewal ..

First of all, I couldn't check the photos of the accommodation in advance. The accommodation had no curtains and could fit 8 people in one room. The toilet wasn't bad either, and I was able to find the location after wandering around the alley for a bit. However, when I first opened the door, I wanted to leave. Because it smells seriously. Every moment I was in that dorm was painful. Because there were Chinese. It was so hard because of the sweaty smell that I changed accommodations in one day. be careful
