房間號1510電動窗簾每隔30分鐘-40分鐘自動開關，一開始以為自己碰到了，後來經過幾次測試確實存在問題。因為辦理入住時間較晚，想着一早再聯繫前台解決，就一直沒怎麼睡覺。直到早上5.6點聯繫前台，來了一個服務員，進來把窗簾拉上，就説可以睡了，根本不問問題是什麼，我給解釋半天才聽懂，我讓她在房間內觀察20分鐘左右，窗簾問題再次出現。她説聯繫工程部過來，人就走了，臨走前我追問：“時間這麼早，工程部過來是不是需要一段時間”，她説很快。我等了10分鐘左右，聯繫前台，要求不需要過來維修了，因為房內還有別人，過來不知道修多久，還是儘量多休息一會吧。結果前台答應完也沒通知服務員，服務員就一直在樓道里給她們羣裏發微信，還不靜音，手機一個勁兒響。又過20分鐘左右，工程部的過來直接進屋開始修，床上還躺着人呢，我就想*****了。弄走他們，我就想着趕緊睡覺。10點爬起來去退房，有事着急走，通過攜程希望酒店退款，結果溝通無效。本不想差評的，屬實無奈。視頻照片都沒有拍，因為中間等窗簾需要太久。最後望酒店定期檢查設施，別再給客人帶來相同或其他不便影響！

這次呼和浩特旅行選擇了美渡，房間不大，但是各種床品很舒服，酒店環境乾淨整潔 小張服務周到，帶孩子出行，向前台要了小童洗漱用品，響應快速，酒店也幫忙處理停車問題，選擇了一天參加酒店合作的大漠風光旅行社的沙漠行程，中間出現問題，大漠風光旅行社人員態度很好，遇到問題不逃避，從導遊到員工和經理都積極溝通，讓本來不完美的行程少了些遺憾。旅行有問題美渡李瑞雪經理也積極幫忙溝通協調，退房後也有人員跟進回訪詢問體驗與改正建議，總體體驗感很好，住的很滿意！如果下次來呼和浩特，還會選擇美渡。

十一出行住的這家酒店，怎麼説呢，比較不滿意，入住時安排在12層，當時未覺得室温不正常，晚上玩回來，發現屋內悶熱，打開空調無製冷，一直以為需要等等，沒想到，越來越熱，我本人比較胖，非常怕熱，馬上聯繫樓層管家，承諾的貼心服務並沒有，讓我聯繫前台，前台除了道歉沒有任何解決辦法，此時，我已經難受的汗流浹背，直到我發火，前台才請出值班經理來解決問題，直接安排換房間到14層，能想象嗎，我們當時有多麼狼狽，從頭到尾，酒店的好管家都沒有出現過，衹有那位男經理跑前跑後，我非常認可他解決問題的態度，後來，我翻閲訂房記錄的時候，發現寫的就是14層以上，我高度懷疑，酒店方明明知道12層空調壞了，還在銷售，就是在明目張膽的欺騙消費者，

下車拿行李服務生就站在旁邊看着，門口的體温檢測人員面無表情，辦理入住人員態度漠然，這些都有待培訓提高。房間很小，早餐簡單，根本不值這個價值，除了離機場較近外其它沒有優勢，不推薦！
