I love this new stylish hotel! Room is big everything is so nice including the staffs from the bellboys especially the filipino one so helpful and polite always, the front desk officer who is very considerate and helpful to us I forgot to ask for his name but thank you so much for your kind assistance and graciousness for upgrading our room because we arrive so early and we are so tired. The bar Avoca is superp too! So stylish and the drinks and food were fantastic, I want to commend Hazel for being so informative with explaining the menu and drinks so entertaining, and the bartender Rolph you guys are the best! Looking forward to stay again, we had a really great time staying, we had the best sleep we love you bed, amenities, the bathroom, the view is so awesome!!! Everyday our room is so clean and tidy could not ask for more! Will recommend you guys to my friends who’s going to HK. Till next time! :)

My stay at Hotel Icon was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. My room was spacious and well-appointed, with breathtaking views of Victoria Harbour. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had no trouble sleeping at all. One of the things I appreciated most about the hotel was the availability of a printer in my room. This was a lifesaver, as I needed to print some important documents for work. Another thoughtful touch was the drinking water dispenser in the room. This was much more convenient and environmentally friendly than providing bottled water. I was also pleasantly surprised to find that the minibar was completely free. This is a first for me, and I was delighted to be able to enjoy a few drinks without worrying about the additional costs. Overall, my stay at Hotel Icon was truly exceptional. The staff were excellent, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious stay in Hong Kong.

The location is very good, shopping and transportation are very convenient, and the indoor sanitation is very clean, but the bedding is very poor, and it should not be changed every guest. It's hard to find on the third floor, the corridor environment is very poor, and there is a garbage transfer station at the door. In Hong Kong, a place where every inch of land is very expensive, two or three hundred yuan can only be treated like this. If the budget is sufficient, it is better to choose a more expensive one.

Our stay at Renaissance was enjoyable. The service was excellent. The views from our harbor view room was nice. However, the reception counter was very busy since there were many guests and the hotel could have perhaps had more people tending the counters. They were very kind and thorough, nevertheless. The breakfast buffet at cafe renaissance was very good with a wide range of selection and food cooked to order/fresh. The navigator services were excellent in helping get transport to and from the airport as well as other destinations during our stay. We ordered room service one night and the quality of food and service was great, I recommend the fries. It was my wife’s birthday during our stay, and the hotel sent us a complimentary birthday cake which was delicious and thoughtful. Thank you for a great experience.

Great location. Close to all the restaurants and bars, not too loud. There's a construction site next door but I didn't hear anything over the weekend. Room is small but clean and equipped with a small tv and large desk. Good spot if you just want to come for a weekend and go out for dinner and drinks with friends. Only downside is that there's no gym of any sort and lugging luggage up wellington street from the mtr is a bit of a pain. The better option would probably to take the escalators from central.

The location of the hotel is great, is nearby the bar area to go walking but not close enough to get noisy at night. Even though there were a few buildings in front, we still had a nice view of the ocean. You can also walk to the Ferry area, it takes about 15 minutes and it’s easier to walk than wait to find a taxi. The room was very clean, the shower was absolutely amazing and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was polite and assisted with the requests we had. When we arrived at the room, it smelled a bit musty but it went away after we turned on the AC for a while. Would only like to point out that there are no free power outlet adapters available, however you can purchase them at the hotel for 140 HKD.

The most convenient stay ever. The hotel located just right on the MTR Jordan station but fews steps on the stairs is needed (a bit hard if you’re carrying a bulk luggage - but ok tho). Also, it is only one station away from Tsim Sha Tsui and 10-20 minutes away from every famous restaurants and many tourist attraction around them. Mannings and 7-11 are just right beside the hotel- very convenient! The room was big enough for us to unpack our 2 luggages and walk around freely! Also the staffs are very helpful!

Second time staying here. Mainly because there was a discount and for the location can't really beat it. Great since west Kowloon to Shenzhen and airport express are all there. It was an wonderful accommodation. Clean & quite room, Great location, kind staff. They offered all that they could do. We kept the luggages for all day after check out. We liked the location. It is close to the market, metro station, bus stop, all. Haha Only one uncomfortable thing is too cold to me. However i dont want to complain of that. The guide explained due to the weather, Hongkong usually doesn't have the heat air conditioner system. Thank you for and to all.

Very old hotel. So old that it nearly feels like they should instead of redoing they should renovate it in its original condition. Like a 90s hotel experience. Now the 90s feel just felt cheap, because it was a bit worn down. They should fresh it up and adverse it as a 90s hotel. Make more of it. Maybe have a cassette player with mixtapes in the room, the staff dressed in 90s style clothes and haircuts etc. That would be so much more worth the money. We only chose this place because it was close to the theatre and the trainstation.

They provided with complimentary water for all 5 of us everyday and even let us to leave the luggage when flight was delayed. One: The proprietress is enthusiastic, nice, and beautiful caring eldest sister. 2: Exit B1 of Jordan MTR is really only a minute away (a few well-known snacks are directly accessible within 5 minutes by walking downstairs (choose McDonald's for breakfast)). Three: After you leave the room, you can store your luggage free of charge, which will be supervised by someone, so you can continue shopping easily and safely. Four: During the holidays, the price of conscience is really good (for fear of sleeping uncomfortably, I gave us a free upgrade of the room) 365 likes. Five: I've been here so many times, this room is really big, and there are windows. Six: The water heater is gas-fired, and there is a steady stream of it. Seven: The air conditioning effect is super good. Eight: Independent corridor, and there is 24 hours hot water (bucketed water) ➕ a roll of paper towels at any time. Nine: The room is clean and hygienic. I saw that the next room checked out and all the bedding was changed. Ten: Highly recommended. It's really great, the corridor that enters the door can really put a lot of things. Ten comments are true, and I am very satisfied. Thank you again, lady boss.

I originally booked a single room with no windows, but was later upgraded to a room with a window and a street view. The family hotel facilities are average, including towels and toothbrushes. The bathroom is quite clean and there is no smell. It's very close to the subway and only 15 or 6 minutes away from the high-speed rail. The customer service is also quite polite.
