Hot Springs Hotels in Dali City

We had a lovely stay at little dolphin hotel. Mr Zhao was lovely and very friendly and helpful and there are great views from the roof. We had a room with a private hot tub on a terrace which was heaven to relax in at 40 degrees. Mr Zhao helped us plan where to visit and made a lovely noodle breakfast along with homemade pickles that were delicious. The bed was very comfortable. He is like a kind father, telling us to stay safe and showing us around. Only consideration is it's quite a long taxi ride from little dolphin to Dali ancient town on the other side of erhai lake but Didi is easy to use and inexpensive by British standards (about £8 for an hour's ride) ☺️

The room was a delightful surprise; the floor-to-ceiling windows offered stunning views. Just opening the curtains revealed a breathtaking ocean view and blue skies with white clouds, instantly making me feel completely relaxed and creating a perfect vacation atmosphere! My biggest thank you is to customer service representative Xiaoxue! From booking to check-in, she patiently answered all my questions, proactively helped me with room arrangements, and provided many helpful local travel tips. Her service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. She felt like a warm friend, making the entire trip more enjoyable and smooth. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time! The room was very spacious and well-equipped. The decor and design were fantastic. The renovation of the historic building is quite unique, and the courtyard is breathtaking. The housekeeping service was excellent, and any requests were promptly addressed. The breakfast was also delicious, featuring some unique dishes. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Yunnan.

I brought my mom here for Chinese New Year, and she couldn't stop raving about it, saying she didn't want to leave. It was even better than expected, the most comfortable hotel I've ever stayed in! It has a great design, and the service is excellent. The several concierges were so thoughtful and attentive, recommending many places to eat and visit. Even the two feline staff members were always 'on duty'! The floral tea was delicious, and the restaurant maintained a good standard. I'm so glad we chose to spend Chinese New Year's Eve here; it didn't disappoint, full of festive spirit. On New Year's Day, the concierge even prepared a local specialty, the Three-Course Tea. The public areas are also beautiful, quiet, and feel like they're nestled by the mountains and water. I wish I could live here forever. The room is neat and clean, and the details are well done. There is a rocking chair at the door of the room to admire Cangshan Mountain, where you can relax after a day of travel. The butler delivers breakfast to the room in the morning, and the service is warm and considerate. The room is equipped with a projection and air conditioning. Facilities: The room has a soaking tub, which is nice, but soaking in it is a bit monotonous. I suggest the owner improve this by adding a projector in the living room. There is a small refrigerator in the room, and milk and coffee are available at the front desk. However, upgrading to a minibar would be better; drinks aren't expensive and it would make a difference. Cleanliness: The cleanliness was good; the cleaning staff did a good job. Environment: The pool was empty, the toy's finger at the entrance was broken, and a lounge chair on the second-floor platform was broken. Service: 1. We arrived at the guesthouse around 10:30 am, and there was no one there. We had communicated beforehand and planned to arrive around 11 am. The owner left a message saying we could call if we couldn't find them, but no one answered the phone, so we had to come to the door ourselves. We arrived quite early. After sitting in the courtyard for a while, the cleaning staff finished cleaning, and we went to inquire about check-in. The staff immediately contacted the owner, and the matter was resolved quickly. The owner was also very helpful and immediately arranged a room. 2. Regarding breakfast, every guesthouse has its own specialties. Xianfu offers a set meal per person. I hope the owner will add some local specialties, like rice noodles or Erkuai (a type of rice cake), and please stop serving those tangerines; they're so dry inside. 3. The welcome fruit consisted of two tangerines, two lactic acid drinks, some candy, and small snacks like biscuits. Actually, it would be better to just serve sliced ​​watermelon, pineapple, or some local specialties like pickled vegetables. Overall, the owner is nice, and the auntie is quite nice too. I hope the owner's business continues to improve.

Cangshan No. 1 is a hotel with advanced concepts. The management model is a team of butlers who create a feeling of home for guests and think of everything in front of them. The environment is beautiful and beautiful, with swimming pools, white beaches, coconut trees... creating a different paradise. Every employee has a strong sense of priority and their service attitude is excellent, gentle and comfortable. Not only did he take the initiative to inquire, but he also introduced the characteristics and customs of the Bai people in a very thoughtful way. The room was surprisingly spacious and comfortable. Each room has its own bathing pool, dry and wet are separated, and even the toilet is fully automatic. Very clean! Breakfast and afternoon tea are richly prepared and have local characteristics. There is also a heart-warming evening sweet soup every night. My family and I felt that choosing Cangshan No. 1 for this trip was a great value!

I had a very pleasant stay. The location is excellent, very close to the scenic spots, and transportation is super convenient! The room was very clean and cozy, and I really liked the decor style! The hotel staff were genuinely warm and welcoming, proactively showing us different rooms before we made our choice. The hotel's location is excellent, nestled halfway up Cangshan Mountain, offering breathtaking views of Erhai Lake. It's about a 20-minute drive to the lakeside and around 40 minutes to Dali Station, provided there's no traffic. It's also close to Dali Ancient City, with food delivery reaching the mountain in about half an hour. Furthermore, it's very near Cangshan Mountain and Three Pagodas Temple, with the Zhonghe Cableway just 2km away. The hotel's overall environment is lush and green, truly a natural oxygen bar. All in all, it was a wonderful stay, and I would definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Dali.
