The room was lovely and clean and the staff amazing. Unfortunately I ended up quarantined and then having to move to a quarantine facility so the staff prepared a care package for me to take to the quarantine facility, including daily use items and snacks to get me through. 嘉琪 English name Carkey went above and beyond returning my training tickets and picking up things from the supermarket for me when I was initially quarantining at the hotel. She made sure that after my quarantine I could return to the hotel and use the nights I had booked and couldn't use. I highly recommend this hotel and want to sincerely thank the staff for their kindness towards me. Karen (罗洁雨）

酒店很有調調, 早餐很豐富,
位置也很好, 停車很方便。
附近有很多餐廳, 吃飯有很多選擇。
我們吃了羊肉燴麪, 非常好吃, 真心推薦。
話説, 房間地磚好看, 但稍微有點滑, 🛀的時候要小心。

酒店距離高鐵南站非常近，地下停車場可以直接通往酒店大廳。酒店的每位員工都非常熱情，房間乾淨，空間也比較大。還有智能機器人24小時送物到房間。在退房時把衣服忘到房間了。酒店的工作人員第一時間通知我。還幫我給郵遞過來。前台的麗娜和嘉琪小美女很出色。下次還會入住

酒店位置很好找導航一下就到門口了，還可以有免費的地下停車場，房間內乾淨整潔，隔音效果也很好。前台嘉琪、晨、冰雪三位小姐姐温柔又有耐心，服務態度特別好使入住體驗感直網上升。下次來三門峽還會選擇這裏，全五星好評！

離火車站車程僅5分鐘，設施較新但功能有限，床鋪舒適度尚可，大堂的就餐區面積偏小，早餐品類有限，口味不功不過。整體而言：沒有驚喜但也不會踩雷，在三門峽市感覺算比較符合年輕人審美的了。
