Four Seasons Hot Spring Hotel (Sanmenxia Shaanzhou District)
"I took my child to this hot spring resort during the holiday, and this hotel is definitely one of the best I've ever stayed at. It made me feel right at home. From the pre-arrival call to check-out, every step was handled perfectly. I booked a private hot spring room, which was huge, about 80 square meters. The hot spring tub could easily fit eight or nine people. At check-in, the front desk gave my child some snacks and bath balls. The hot spring water was amazing, around 40 degrees Celsius – perfect for a soak. My child didn't want to leave! Luckily, it's nearby. I'll definitely bring my child back during the Chinese New Year. I highly recommend it; you won't regret it!"
Sanmenxia Swan Yun International Hotel
"There was a smell as soon as the room was opened, and I had red pimples on my body until midnight. Breakfast was not smooth, and my stomach felt uncomfortable after eating. The facilities are pretty good, and the concierge is the highlight. Fortunately, the problem was dealt with promptly and remedial measures were taken in a sincere manner."
Swan Lake International Hotel
"Very satisfied with the hotel. First of all, the handsome guy at the front desk is very welcoming. The buffet in the restaurant is good👍 We stayed for 2 nights and ate in the restaurant every morning, lunch and dinner. It's clean and tidy, you can feel free to eat, and the room is clean and tidy. Various attractions are not far away. You can come back for a short break at noon. It’s a pity that I didn’t see the swans. I’ll come back next March"
Hometown Impression Dikengyuan Homestay
"If you're coming to Shanzhou, you absolutely have to experience a pit-dwelling guesthouse! I highly recommend this one; I stumbled upon it by chance, and it's an absolute gem. The one I stayed in is a renovated century-old courtyard. As you walk down the path, you immediately experience the unique warmth in winter and coolness in summer that these pit dwellings offer. It's truly a summer haven (especially coming from Hangzhou, where it hits a scorching 40 degrees!). In the evenings, a gentle breeze flows through the courtyard, and you can look up to see a sky full of stars. With sunflowers growing everywhere, it's 100 times more comfortable than a hotel. Sitting in the courtyard creates such a wonderful atmosphere. I strongly recommend dining here; they serve incredibly authentic farm-to-table dishes that you simply won't find anywhere else. The Shanzhou specialties like braised carp, braised eggplant, and stir-fried green beans are all so flavorful and incredibly moreish, especially when paired with their handmade steamed buns – you'll want to lick the plate clean! You can eat until you're stuffed for just 30 RMB per person. I can't forget these flavors, and I'll definitely be back if I get the chance!"
JIUXI HOTEL
"The service was exceptionally thoughtful. We ran a marathon until after 2 PM, and although we had already missed our check-out time, the front desk extended our check-out time to 3 PM. We were very touched. Sanmenxia is truly a place you'll want to stay in forever. The hotel facilities are excellent, with smart home technology throughout the entire room. Highly recommended!"
Swan City International Hotel
"Poor service attitude: From the front desk to room service, staff generally lack enthusiasm and patience, displaying indifferent attitudes. Their first reaction to problems is to shirk responsibility rather than help guests resolve them. Severe facility malfunction: The room's air conditioning was not cooling, and the ventilation system was ineffective, resulting in a hot and stuffy room, making it impossible to rest properly. After reporting the issue to the hotel, no one took any real action. After-sales service is practically non-existent: After checking out, there was no way to file a complaint; phone calls went unanswered, and feedback was ignored. The hotel completely disregarded guests' feelings and feedback. Summary: Paying money to suffer. The hotel has absolutely no regard for customer experience. Please choose carefully to avoid this pitfall. And there were two extremely disgusting female doormen staring at guests."

Vienna International Hotel (Sanmenxia South Station Branch)
"I was very satisfied with the room; the facilities were well-maintained, the staff were very welcoming, and the breakfast had a wide variety of options and tasted good. I recommend staying here."
Xingguang Dikengyuan Homestay
"Located within the Qucun Pit-Dwelling Scenic Area in Shanzhou, Sanmenxia, the area retains its original state. The owners, a husband and wife from out of town, are very simple and hospitable. The wife's cooking is absolutely delicious! My youngest son doesn't usually eat vegetables, but even though we arrived late, the owners were waiting to prepare a meal for him. The children thoroughly enjoyed their meal and wanted to eat it again the next morning. Breakfast (see picture below) was very plentiful and excellent. We also got some pancakes to take home for the children to eat on the road and at lunchtime. The price is also very reasonable. Highly recommended!"
Vienna Hotel (Xiaoshan Road Office, Sanmen Gorge)
Mingzhu Hotel
"Excellent breakfast!"
JI Hotel (Sanmenxia South Railway Station)
"This hotel is directly closed! The free pick-up station is super worry-free without tossing yourself. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes online. The room is cleaned. It is comfortable and cost-effective. It is worth living here."
M·Hotel Sanmenxia
"The room is clean and hygienic, with a small courtyard and convenient transportation. Unfortunately, I forgot to take pictures. I took a photo of breakfast. Stay here next time."
Orange Hotel (Sanmenxia South Railway Station Branch)
"Verygood"
Macau Tianzi Hotel (Sanmenxia High-Speed Railway South Station)
"A very cost-effective experience! The rooms are spacious and bright, simple and design, and they are fully functional. The facilities layout is very humane. There is a parking space at the entrance of the hotel, and the staff will coordinate the parking suitable and very enthusiastic. The breakfast buffet has many varieties and tastes very good."
Macao Tianzi Hotel (Sanmenxia municipal government store)
"I was particularly dissatisfied with the room and stayed for four nights. The water level of the shower head is so low that it is speechless. It is even lower than the shower head at my own home. I can't even rinse myself clean when taking a shower, let alone washing my hair. I always go out to the barber shop to wash my hair. The service is also very average. If it weren't for the fact that this hotel is close to my sister's home, I really wouldn't have chosen this one. The Hanting Hotel I stayed at last time was much better. Moreover, the faucets in this restaurant are all sticky, and even washing hands is sticky and can't be rinsed clean. It's really speechless. The waiters are all old and feel very unfriendly. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom on the first day. The inside of the sink is rusty. The air conditioner couldn't get hot. Luckily it wasn't very cold when I went there, otherwise I would have frozen to death. All in all, I am very dissatisfied with this stay. Next time I go to Sanmenxia, I will definitely not stay at this hotel again."
Xingyu Dikingyuan Homestay
"Just next to the Dikengyuan Museum, I live in the Dikengyuan. To be honest, the museum can be ignored. The room is warm in winter and cool in summer. There is a tea room near the cliff. The yard is poetic. I feel that the boss is a very poetic literati."
Tianshe Yaodong Homestay
"The scenery of the homestay is very good. Sitting on the observation deck, you can see the winding Yellow River between the valleys. You can live in caves and watch the Yellow River. You bring your own stove and hot pot. It is during the Chinese New Year. At night, you can watch other families set off fireworks and look up at the stars. The bubble water in the coffee shop of the hotel is very popular with children. Coffee is also available. Tea roast potatoes are cooked in the stove, and peanut children also love to eat. The hotel's service staff are basically locals nearby, warm and simple, and the chef's big sister's meal is also delicious. The peach blossoms on the back mountain are very beautiful, the wild dates are full of mountains, and the children take the children to pick the fish that leaks from the tree. The children also love to eat. Suitable for family leisure, not on the road. One disadvantage of the cave is that the network signal is not very good, the sewer is a bit offensive, but compared with several cave dwellings, there is no bathroom in the room, the conditions here are already very good. Still very satisfied."
