After moving in, I found that the hotel was very large, the lobby was also grand, the floor of the room and the bathroom were all made of stone, the mattress was OK, the bedding was not bad, the down pillow was good, and the slippers were especially worth mentioning, which were practical and comfortable to wear. There was also a robot that children liked, and the curtains were also electric. The price-performance ratio was still good during the Spring Festival holiday.

The first problem is that the first two pictures are the "Light Comfort King Room" of the hotel I saw on Ctrip, and the room after I checked in is not suitable at all. The curtains are still broken... I am also convinced. The second problem is that I made a note in the order that I don't want the room at the end of the corridor. Finally, I went upstairs and found that I was still given the room at the end. The front desk said that this light enjoyment is at both ends. OK, then, if you can't meet my needs, shouldn't you call me in advance to inform me, and then I will decide whether to check in. I went downstairs to ask the front desk if I can change the room. She said that there is no vacancy at present. I asked again how long it will take to be available, and I can wait. I asked twice, and she pretended not to hear it. Well, it seems that this room at the end of the corridor must be given to me today. The third problem is that the elevator door sensor of the hotel is really not good. When I came in, my friend was about to enter, and the elevator door was about to close. In addition, another big brother reached out to help block the door, and the door almost pinched my friend. Finally, in addition to the above problems, the hygiene and safety are still good, but it is indeed the worst four-star hotel I have ever stayed in.

The hotel room manager has a good service attitude. The mother-child room is too small, so he helped coordinate a larger mother-child room. It takes about 5 minutes to take a taxi to Shuidong Street and Seafood Street. The environment is clean and hygienic, the lobby is grand, and it is trustworthy. I will stay here again next time.
