An absolutely fantastic B&B! 1) Excellent location, just a 5-minute walk to the South Entrance of Nanxun Ancient Town. 2) The room was spotless, and the bathroom facilities were pristine. The toilet even featured automatic heating and blue light sterilization – truly 5-star hotel amenities. 3) We were pleasantly surprised upon entering the room to find the air conditioning already on at a comfortable 22°C – a thoughtful touch you'd typically expect from a five-star hotel. 4) The owner kindly arranged a top-floor king room for us. It featured a small balcony with canal views, and right next to our room was a spacious communal terrace, perfect for playing cards, enjoying tea, or simply chatting. 5) The service was exceptional and incredibly warm. As a thoughtful gesture, they even gave us some local specialty 'Dingsheng Gao' (a traditional pastry) when we checked out. 6) Within 300 meters, there are two absolute 'must-try' local eateries: Xinshi Tea Cake and Gaodaguo Cooked Food. I give them a 500% recommendation! Overall, this B&B offers exceptional value for money and truly embodies the warm hospitality of Huzhou locals, reflecting their high standards of service. Built in accordance with the river, sleeping under the water, beacon Gables, river port stone steps, wooden column eaves, pink walls, black tiles, horse head walls, brick, wood and stone carvings, as well as city buildings, stacked courtyards and high ridge cornices, integrate the comfort, elegance, secret environment and nature of people in the south of the Yangtze River. There are two hundred year old bridges around. On the bridge is one of the best photography spots in Nanxun ancient town. The surrounding scenic spots include Zhang Jingjiang's former residence and Pang house, all within 100 meters

First off, the hotel's location at the north gate of the ancient town is great because if you're driving, you can pull right up to the hotel and parking is convenient. Second, this part of the north gate is very quiet with few people around, so sleeping at night was peaceful. The hotel has a creative car theme and even a pool table, which was nice for a couple of games after exploring the ancient town. The breakfast was the Five Happiness Restaurant's 'baoyu' noodles, which were delicious. The hotel also offered a complimentary 'three-course tea' service, and sitting by the river outside the hotel was very pleasant. The owner was also very welcoming and attentive. I'd definitely recommend staying here if you're visiting Nanxun.

The hotel offers easy access to Huzhounanxun Railway Station, just 9km away. After a long day of sightseeing, guests can retire to the comfort of the hotel. For those driving themselves, parking is provided on site. It was a nearly perfect experience, with proactive contact two days in advance, quick response from the butler, and arrangement of the shuttle boat, which was full of ceremony and warmth. The entire century-old building is quite stunning and full of design sense. Those who like to take photos and check in will never be disappointed. Coupled with the warm tea and snacks, it is warm, relaxing and enjoyable. Originally booked for late autumn, the store took the initiative to upgrade to waterside, so grateful. The river view room is perfect, with smart control of lights and curtains, smart toilet, sufficient heating water pressure, welcome fruits, tea bags, mini bar, and complete washing and hygiene products, which is definitely comparable to the standards of a 5-star hotel. I stayed for two nights. I felt the bedding was very good. With the bath, I slept very well. Baijianlou is quiet and comfortable at night. I personally like the soft lighting. With the same Marshall speakers as my home, it is super relaxing and comfortable. The breakfast is simple and healthy, but I think it tastes good. There is also free afternoon tea for two days, including cheesecake and coffee, as well as souvenir cakes. The B&B's thoughtfulness is very considerate. I really appreciate the spotless environment of the B&B. I hope other people will protect this place together. Although the price is not cheap, the whole environment and experience will definitely not disappoint you. I think the value for money is at least equal. Overall, it is highly recommended and worth experiencing once.
