Room is small but has everything you will need, even a washing machine. Room is also very bright which rare nowadays. Check in and out was efficient and staff friendly. Recommend.

Rooms: The room is quite decent—neither too small nor too big. We could comfortably open one 29-inch and one 24-inch suitcase in the room. Amenities: Every day, two bottles of mineral water are refilled. The slippers provided are reusable plastic ones, so you will use the same slippers throughout your stay. Towels can be changed daily. Toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided, but shampoo and bath gel are supplied daily in large bottles. The power sockets are designed for local use and feature a deep, round design commonly found in Korea. Even with a universal adapter, you might face compatibility issues. You can refer to the attached pictures for details about the sockets. The hotel can lend you a connector, but a deposit of 10,000 KRW per connector is required. You can reclaim the deposit when you return the connector. Shower and Toilet: The shower design is not very practical. After taking a shower, water tends to flow into the toilet and basin area, leaving them wet. To manage this, we had to use several towels on the floor to absorb the water, which made the area less convenient. Transport: The hotel is conveniently located near the subway station, just beside it. Others: The hotel offers a free airport shuttle service, but you must make a reservation at least one day in advance. They also provide luggage storage and have a weighing scale in the lobby to measure your luggage weight. Environment: The area around the hotel has plenty of restaurants and shops, including Olive Young, Burger King, 7-Eleven, and Lotte Mart. WiFi: The hotel provides free WiFi.

Clean sheets and a comfortable bed - but it pretty much ends there. Zero toiletries and no International news while resting between legs of the trip. Close to metro and airport link but not an exceptionally good hotel.

Informed hotel that it was our honeymoon and wife's birthday. Not expecting much but no ”extra” service was done. Booked a single bed room and was given room.with 2 beds, when I had the room ls switch our new room seemed a bit more dated. Rated as a 5 star but rooms were standard to a holiday inn/best western. Was a good place to stay for the Ultra Korea festival,, and we did find 4 x four leaf clovers in a single patch around the hotel.

Good stay! Hidden gem nearby to Incheon airport Hotel has a chill vibes and shuttle service was provided from airport. Hotel also house a convenient store/cafe/restaurant for food and a small garden that was great for a stroll while enjoying the nature. The outdoor pool open year round was nice but has an additional entry fees which was costly. Overall definitely worth to stopover a day or two to relax after all the shopping from downtown Seoul.

This was the first accommodation for my trip to Japan with my picky mother. We arrived late and didn't know how far the hotel was from Terminal 2, so I called to ask if we could use the airport shuttle. The website said that I had to make a reservation a day in advance, but I didn't expect much because I called the same evening, but the front desk staff kindly made the reservation and told me where to catch it. As a result, the bus was so late that I couldn't take the shuttle and took a taxi, which cost about 12,000 won. (But it was a bullet taxi with a scary driver, so foreigners might have been a little surprised.) The lobby staff greeted me warmly, and although there were no restaurants or convenience stores nearby, the simple seasoned chicken and bulgogi rice bowl sold in the lobby were delicious. You can heat it up in the microwave in the lobby and eat it in your room! The room was very spacious and clean, and the goose down and fabric of the blanket were really nice~ The bathroom was very large and had a bathtub, and you could eat ramen, chicken, pasta, etc. through room service, which seemed reasonable in price. The breakfast buffet food was hearty and delicious. I highly recommend it to those who are traveling with their family from Korea.

Excellent location with beautiful garden, jogging track and boating on the lake just opposite the hotel. Plenty of restaurants and pubs within short walking distance. And not forgetting the hotel friendly staff and clean room as well as a full gym facilities and swimming which was closed due to spring season and still cold. Will be back.!

Very clean hotel and friendly staff . Good breakfast buffet spread , will be good if day to day , the menu can be changed more , instead of just 2 or 3 dishes being changed . Beside hotel , there is this 4 storey plaza where are the restaurants are , many choice to eat . Also next to central park train station , so so convenient .

Definitely worth the values for such a nice classic hotel. Love the 360 degrees panoramic slides shows with soothing music made it the best place for meeting.

I use it sometimes when I want to relax comfortably. First of all, the Sheraton Grand brand is the highest class hotel among Sheraton brands. ..I think it would be good to pay more attention to maintenance as the facilities are old, and the food in the club lounge is especially bad for the price. It felt like a waste of money. During this visit, I was a little surprised that bottled water was not provided and a water purifier was installed. Are you taking good care of your water purifier? The water doesn't taste good... I don't think there is a water purifier in the room in a luxury hotel.
