Nice place, everything clean but the service staff and the management is more than poor and terrible. They have no clue about treating clients as long term investment. We can not recommend this resort. It was the third time it happened to us, we are closed to the resort and have visited it several times in the past.it was definetly the last time that we spend our money there. High prices, low services

very excellent, we really enjoyed our stay and the walking trails and the beautiful scenery. There were beautiful butterflies and a scenic waterfalls, also the beautiful rock formations at the rock quarry.

Everything is excellent about this place! The staff is super nice and polite; the cabins and bungalows are beautiful, clean and in great condition; the food from the restaurant is 10/10 but you also have the option to go with your own food and drinks (every cabin has its own grill for making great barbeques and is all surounded by amazing and beautiful nature, the care and conservation is noticeable. Super recommended!

The place is a paradise! We stayed in the premium cabin, it has an incredible view of the mountains, the mattresses are very comfortable, it is fully equipped so we don't even get out of there. I highlight the friendliness of the staff from the doorman, the instant attention via WhatsApp from the reception. It has many activities to do as a family, my children loved the place, the children's parks are impeccable, the place itself is clean, I really liked that because we also went to other places in the area and I mainly appreciate the cleanliness of Vista Alegre. A dream place we will return in summer!

El espacio y las personas respiran una amabilidad y atención al detalle que realmente marca mucho de la experiencia. ¡Poder hacer los tours, pasearse en el UTV, disfrutar de los espacios libres y luego comer riquísimo en un solo día es un privilegio enorme! De noche hicimos un fogón con el frío del rocío antes de la cena que nos preparó el staff y pudimos ver un cielo estrellado como hace mucho no lo hacíamos. El wifi funcionó bien durante todo el proceso, posibilitándonos trabajar remotamente y tener nuestros espacios corporativos de manera fluida. La posibilidad de cerrar la compu y automáticamente estar envuelto en naturaleza y calma es, de ahora en mas, mi sueño.

El lugar es muy cómodo y cuenta con una belleza natural increíble. No está muy lejos de la capital y tiene buenos caminos. Al recorrer los senderos se aprecian vistas preciosas (pero cuidado con el ganado suelto hacia las rocas columnares). El desayuno deja bastante que desear, pero el restaurante tiene buena comida a buen precio. Las habitaciones son amplias y el personal muy amable.
