Clean and nice hotel. Very helpful staff. Nice gesture of gifting mooncake during mooncake festival period. Breakfast varieties are good too. Relaxing moment to stay here.

酒店是分散的一棟樓一棟樓的模式，我們定了一間大床，一間雙床，週末説是幾乎滿房，就沒給升級，房間很明亮，風格是我喜歡的，乾乾淨淨，房間放了4瓶水，該有的東西都有，唯一有點不大好的，就是浴室玻璃雖説是磨砂的，但裏面的人洗澡看的真是一清二楚，雙床房啊喂，你猜我為什麼住雙床房？？？我在房間都能看的清清楚楚，也是很無語唉！這個一點不合理！別的都還挺不錯的，環境超級美，酒店的小童樂園也就在邊上，出門就是，玩了半天，小朋友可開心了！早餐很豐盛，要去的早點，我們去的時候人不多，等我們吃完，都沒位置了，甜品台補的很快，要的米線，加了配菜，很好吃！小餛飩也不錯！

這次入住整體滿意！酒店環境不錯，付費升級了豪華家庭房，三大兩小稍微有點侷促。房間設施齊全，乾濕分離，一樓就是小童遊樂場，小朋友玩樂方便。酒店就在蘆蓆滙景區內，離月橋很近。晚上逛很方便。

其實，我是開元的會員，前兩次，在其他地區用會員預訂了開元，入住期間，有些不滿意，操作失誤，服務迴應不及時，等等，處理結果也不滿意，本不想再選擇開元，但是，觀堂這個系列又沒體驗過，看介紹，又想體驗一下，就選了攜程預訂，沒想到，價格更便宜。
所以，有一説一，整體是很滿意的，
環境：酒店在一個特色街區，出門就能逛，環境挺好，我也喜歡這樣的風格。
衞生：滿意的，雖然，有些地方有些許灰塵，但是，這個是不能避免的，畢竟，剛打掃完，都會落灰。所以，一切都還挺好的。
設施：房間風格挺滿意的，但有一點，網絡信號，還有移動信號，在房間很不好，無論流量還是無線，還有電話信號，時好時壞，衹能靠酒店自己自己檢測啦，還有一點，房間，洗漱台前放毛巾的架子，還有臟衣簍，很不合理，突出開，洗漱很不方便，擋着雙腳，還有這個簍放的位置也不好，跟妨礙開門。其他都挺好的。
服務：挺不錯的，前台的姑娘小夥温柔的很，卻又充滿了精氣神，比前幾次在其他開元住的，好太多了。早餐也不錯。
遇到過的工作人員都挺好的。餐廳，還有開觀光車的小夥。挺好
