因為預訂後不能取消，我們預訂之前專門去前台看房間，給我們看的三樓，説是我們定的跟這個現在沒房，房型設施什麼跟我們看的都一樣，就是我們的是一樓或者二樓沒有電梯，看的這個有電梯，我們覺得有沒有電梯也無所謂，就在網上定了，結果給我們安排的房間跟我們看的差別太大了，而且應該是最差的一間，説我們如果要看的那間要加二十多塊錢，太氣人了，要是我們沒提前去看也就自認倒黴，這不是欺騙嗎？同樣的價格在周邊別的酒店要比他家好的多，廁所根本坐不開，房間窗外就是汽修廠，白天一直叮叮咣咣，同樣的價格住過最差的

房間寬敞明亮，乾淨舒適。離山腫大約300米左右。停車場寬敞。衹是沒有電梯，行李箱較重的話上下不方面，房間裏面沒有抽紙和衣櫃，比附近其他酒店難能可貴的是在服務枱可以有純凈水，有免費電動車。

在腫瘤醫院周邊的幾十家酒店裡，嘉美家和的性價比可以説是最高的，走廊光線很好，室內設施很新，風格也很温馨，不象別的家，雖然也很乾凈，但設施和風格明顯陳舊，第一印象就減分。我兩年五次去濟南，有四次住在這裏。

考研沒訂到酒店就定的離學校很遠，第二天早上因為打不到車，老闆開私家車送的，第二天還打電話問需不需要用車。然後我們説給車費他説不用，讓我們安心考試就行。考研期間糟心事很多，但真的被這個酒店暖心到了，超級感動。感謝幫助我們的哥哥姐姐真的都很善良，好評都不足以表達感動。希望生意越來越好。世界破破爛爛，總有善良的人在縫縫補補，給他們點贊
