Although the location is slightly far, the service, room amenities are worth it. They have a gym and a yoga room, free washing machine and dryer with free detergent. They also allowed us to check in at 10 am! So good~ It is also easy and cheap to take DiDi to the places to visit and they also have a bus stop, three minutes walk from the hotel. All in all, I have enjoyed my stay here.

The room facilities are average and a bit old, but the service is very enthusiastic. They gave me an apple and an orange, four bottles of mineral water, and a gift bag when I checked out. The breakfast was good with a wide variety. Because the hotel is next to the train station, it is difficult to find a parking lot.

I will recommend this hotel to my friends because of excellent hotel breakfast and very friendly staff. Room is clean and comfortable, there is laundry room with washing machine for gust self-service free use. Breakfast food and soup choices is plenty and delicious including Chinese and western style. I loved everything about this hotel. Automated curtains, heated toilet seats, fresh towels and big shower heads. I don’t have kids but I loved to see that there’s a play area for kids that is sound proof. Breakfast is ok, typical Chinese breakfast. The staff is very friendly, including housekeeping staff. The only downside was that I came back at 4pm (having left at 8:30am) and my room was still not made. Housekeeping did knock shortly after that to clean up but I thought that’s too late in the day. They did apologize though. I’d deft stay here again. There’s a beautiful park right across the hotel and it’s 10min walk to Daming Lake. There are many Western restaurants and shopping malls in the vicinity.

The hotel is located right inside the famous Da Ming Hu. You need to wait for the hotel to pick you up from the carpark and the hotel will send a caddy to pick you up. It’s also easy to just walk out to the Main Street which is only 5 minutes walk and you will be in city centre with food and show around. The view of hotel room is amazing if you book a Lakeview room. It was my 9 year old daughter’s favorite because every morning she wakes up and can see how the huge birds catch fish from the lake. It’s like you are in a zoo. The room is reasonably clean but a little bit worn out and a little bit small for the standard room. So the hotel videos are a bit of an exaggeration. But overall we love the location and view of the room and we would highly recommend for first time visitors to book a hotel with a view of the beautiful lake.

As soon as I walked in and opened the curtains, I was surprised to find that the large windows were so clean! Not a single fingerprint! Environment: Very warm and very satisfied. The aromatherapy in the corridor smells great! Service: Excellent! Before coming, I will call in advance to ask what needs I have for the room! The guys at the front desk are also very nice! Very nice design, immaculate execution of construction, really a nice quality hotel in a very ordinary district. Excellent breakfast, nice reception area, well equipped gym for those that want it. The whole Jinan West area is a bit of a ghost town in the current economic situation, not many people and no soul, empty buildings, it's just a transport hub. Great hotel if you need to stay a few minutes walk from the train station. It's 16km.to downtown if you might actually want to see the city.

GGuest UserLet's talk about the service first. From the lady at the front desk to the cleaning lady, they are all very polite and enthusiastic, and the service is thoughtful. On the day of check-out, I couldn't get a taxi to the scenic spot and couldn't get back, which wasted time. I called the front desk and the lady extended my time for free. I was so touched. The breakfast was also delicious. The room is very new and the decoration is very stylish. The curtains are all remote-controlled. I can just use ”Xiaodu Xiaodu” if I have any problems. The bedding is also very good, especially the pillows, which are very comfortable. I will stay here when I come to Jinan in the future!
